Our 12 room guesthouse is located in the center of Paje, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and kite lagoons. We are a home away from home for kitesurfer, divers, surfers and all ocean lovers. We have a range of different rooms available to suit many budgets and needs. Our guesthouse has 3 Apartment Style Rooms ideal for Families, Couples and Solo Travelers who like to have a lot of space and also the opportunity to cook. We also have 4 Standard Balcony Double Rooms, great for couples and Solo Travelers, all with ensuite bathroom, Air-Conditioning, a Balcony and big Kingsize Double Bed. 4 of our rooms are the Economy Rooms equipped with 2 single beds per room, ideal for friends and solo travellers. These rooms have ensuite bathrooms and fan and all face the pool. Lastly, we also have a shared dorm room for budget travelers. A pool and garden are also part of Ebb & Flow.

I was in Tanzania for a work trip and added on some vacation time in Zanzibar. I reached out to Aquaholics about surf lessons and they put together a package for me including a stay at Ebb & Flow, which they own. My stay at Ebb & Flow was excellent. I stayed in one of the private rooms with A/C that was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the breakfasts were delicious. The location is central - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our time here. Staff all friendly and helpful. Accommodation in the apartments was very nice and super clean. Very comfortable beds and very clean swimming pool. A real luxury to have both cooking facilities and air conditioning. Excellent location just 1 min walk to beach and all the Paje action.

Very nice place, next to the beach, calm and very clean The staff are very lovely, mommy and Dastin my boy!! they take care about the guests Felt like home, secure place, home cleaning service everyday, everything you need is close the EBB & FLOW, h24 market, restaurant... Amazing place and the staff are definitely the best people ever in Zanzibar. Very high hygiene standards and a great location. The bar staff and reception were so kind and went for the extra mile time after time. Would definitely visit again!

We stayed here for four days after an 18 day trip in Tanzania. The family appartement was spacious and clean. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful! Excellent accommodation, good breakfast which is served semi-together. A great way to meet like-minded people. The bar has a happy hour. Nice touch: we forgot our camera in our room. The staff contacted us and made sure the camera landed with another guest. And it’s now on its way back to us ❤️. That’s what I call ‘going the extra mile’!

Two weeks ago we were traveling around and we decided to stay 4 days in Paje to see the difference between Kendwa and Nungwi in the North west and Paje in the south East. We found out that Paje was the best place for us. A little more down to earth mentally what we like. We choose for Ebb & Flow apartments because of the perfect location. If you walk out the door to the left you have to walk 2 minutes through 3 alleys to get to the beach and if you walk out the door to the right you are in 1 minute at the small shops (also 24/7) and restaurant of the original Paje. The apartments were very nice and everything functioned as designed. When I walk in Ebb & Flow for the first time I thought I walked in Melrose place 😀 A very nice small swimmingpool with a few very good sunbirds at the side. Nice flowers. Nice bar. Nice place to sit and it was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. They give you extra big towels wich you can use if you go to the beach. The staff was very friendly and the barman can make lovely cocktails. My favorite was the tropical mojito 👌🏼 We can recommend Ebb & Flow apartments for easy going people. Spent 4 nights here in the apartment room, place was in a great location, super quiet and so close to the beach! Very friendly staff in particular the lady on Reception - very helpful and always so friendly. Would recommend for a stay in Paje.

I stayed at Ebb & Flow for a week in the dorm. It was amazing. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is really good as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Really loved the location, very close to the beach.. It was homely, the staff is exceedingly nice! The swimming pool is great. Ebb & Flow is 2 minutes walk from the beach and the Aquaholics kite & wave surf centre. It is also close to a lot of great beach restaurants! If you are looking for somewhere budget and like to enjoy Paje, id recommend this place.
