We visited Sahari earlier in June and stayed for 10 nights. The location is absolutely fantastic and the Ocean is breath-taking. The tide does go quite far out, however, the tide does come right in too (it was never an issue). At low tide you can walk South towards Paje (30 minutes) and admire the palm trees and coconuts that... More

Nice little cosy hotel with great staff - we spent lovely days there and enjoyed every single one. Very good breakfast and very very good Evening Dinner! No Stress, no Etikett, no Shoes :-) This review comes a little late as we stayed there last year in November but Ricardo will surely remember us...:-) Best Regards to you from Iris... More

I was really looking forward to my stay at Sahari and I was not disappointed. All of the staff were super, very friendly and helpful but also low-key. The building is fab, the room was very well fitted and comfortable with a balcony with a sea view. The pool is lovely and throughout the hotel and grounds there are plenty... More

We had initially booked a place down the Beach from Sahari but when we were asked to go there for meals and saw the place we asked the room rate, this was more than half of the place we were staying at and immediately booked the rest of our stay there. Rooms were sufficient for the location but the highlight... More

This place is beautifully settled right on the beach, superb pool and restaurant area. The restaurant is brilliant, very good food and the staff (especially Othman!!) were so friendly (not overfriendly) and polite. When paying with credit card they add a 5% charge which is in violation of the booking terms at booking.com. The rooms were a bit of a... More

Myself and a friend were actually booked into a backpackers down the beach. But having chanced upon Sahari Zanzibar whilst walking along the beach there was no way we weren't going to pack up our things and relocate. Sahari Zanzibar is built like a beautiful tree house - well thats what it felt like to me anyway. There are adorable... More

Although the property itself is gorgeous, it's the staff that'll make your stay in the Sahari worth the visit. From the minute you arrive, everyone is welcoming and friendly and make sure you're in holiday mode almost instantly. Special thanks go to Hajj, Andrew and the kitchen staff. The service was always quick, the food was amazing and both Andrew... More

We have rarely enjoyed a more perfect, relaxing, idyllic holiday. The hotel is scenic and the rooms are beautiful. The children loved the pool and I enjoyed swimming in the warm sea waters. The food was fantastic, especially the pizzas and sea food. The waiters were incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. We look at our holiday photos often... More

Sahari Hotel was a lovely surprise in the village of Bwejuu. It was easy to get around to do several different activities. But it was also great to lay by the pool at the hotel and enjoy the consistently friendly service of the team there throughout the day. The food was amazing! We only ate at different places when we... More
