We rode our bikes here 3 times from our resort in Pwani Mchangani which is 40 minutes away. The coconut jumbo prawns and fish curry are a must. We also had the grilled octopus. The flavour of the curries are just right with subtle spices - the balance just perfect. Everything was super fresh. The chapatis are also crispy and... More

Was staying in Nungwi at The Z Hotel, and my Uncle took me for a trip to Seles - one of his favourites. Loved spending the afternoon there sat at the bar. Staff very friendly, and the food was spot-on. Would definitely return for food/drinks/chill when back in the area.

We stayed three nights at Seles Bungalow and everything was perfect. The room is nice and as soon as you're out, you already have the feet in the sand. The lodge is wonderful, you can take your meal upstairs with a nice view on the beach or downstairs next to the bar, where you have a lot of choices of... More

We found ourselves at Sele's Bungalows after hiking Kilimanjaro and taking a Safari through the Serengeti, and this is exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was great, and the beach was just a stones throw away from our bungalow. When I think about a moment in my life when I was comletely relaxed and in full... We spent 4 nights at Seles Bungalows after being on the Tanzanian mainland. From the first correspondence I had with Janet (the owner) via email, everything was answered promptly and efficiently. I booked a transfer with her from the airport which was there when we arrived and very reasonably priced for the 1 hour journey to Seles Bungalows. The bungalows... More

We stayed there just one night, and regretted not to stay longer. The bungalows are managed by a foreigner and you can feel her touch everywhere. It's very clean, organized, the staff is available and nice. The rooms are quite big, the showers very comfortable. You can't see the ocean from the room but it is 100m away, just after... More
