This really is a lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood of Wanaka. There are two bedroom areas for guests and we stayed in the downstairs queen with attached patio - a luxurious and elegant space - for one night. Attention to detail - heated bathroom floor, fresh flowers, homemade cookies with tea, a wonderful selection of books, heated mattress...

Very welcoming hosts and such a breathtaking beautiful spot! We stayed for 2 nights here and I wish it had been longer. My boyfriend spent the entire time trout fishing up and down the Clutha river and it was great fun. Breakfast had better choice and selection than most restaurants and Anne outdid herself- we felt very spoilt. We were...

We stayed 2 nights in mid-november 2012. The B&B has a wonderful view to the river and the mountains. The breakfasts were excellent and the two hosts were very kind and friendly. We spent 3 hours walking from the B&B to Wanaka downtown. This walk is exceptionally beautiful while not indicated in any travel guides. In the evening, as recommended...

We have just had 2 glorious nights at Riversong B & B, right on the Clutha River at Alberttown near Wanaka. The hosts, Ian and Ann were just lovely people. We had privacy when we wanted it, but they were so amenable and friendly, and the breakfasts were the best spreads for NZ breakfast I have ever seen. We are...

We stayed 2 nights at the Riversong and would have liked to stay longer. Anne and Ian made us feel very comfortable and we highly appreciated their warm welcome, real good breakfast and great recommendations what to do around beautiful Wanaka. We loved our own terrasse, the awesome garden and the beautiful view (and of course the company of Mollie...

We travelled from Australia to do some good hiking and spend some time in the pristine and beautiful surroundings of New Zealand. We consulted our lonely planet guide for some good quality and affordable accommodation in Wanaka and we chose the Lonely Planet's top pick which was Riversong B and B. We were so glad we got the chance to...

Ann and Ian were lovely hosts. The weather was against us but Ian showed us a spot or two and leant us some waders. We braved the conditions and landed a fish. Thanks Ian! Ann's cooking was supperb and she was very helpfully allowing us the use of her kitchen in the evening. The view from the bedroom could grace...

We stayed at Riversong for three nights as part of our two week meandering around central south island. Ann and Ian were the perfect hosts, with information on the region, and the breakfasts were very, very good. The room overlooking the Clutha river was very comfortable. If you have an interest in fly fishing, this is the place to stay....

We stayed 2 nights here on our NZ tour and were very happy with the accommodation here. Our room with small balcony overlooked the river with a great view. It is a few miles out of Wanaka but not a problem to drive in for attractions / meals. Ian and Anne were very good hosts and the breakfast was very...
