We have been to Fiji a number of times and wanted to try something different to the resorts that Denarau offers. DoubleTree by Hilton appealed as it was a similar travel time to the airport and had recently had the rooms rennovated. Overall it was a really nice location offering ocean views from peaceful, newly rennovated and well appointed bures....

We had our first trip to Fiji in December and stay at Doubletree. We soon realised that Doubletree only had one restaurant open for the duration of our stay due to weather, which left us with one option only for breakfast/Lunch/dinner. Also due to the weather being on and off we were unable to do anything on the island including...

The rooms are lovely and facing out to the Pacific Ocean was beautiful. Unfortunately the Ocean and beach are regularly covered with horse faeces, branches, logs, plastic bottles and rubbish is floating in the water which is disappointing. Also for teenagers there is not a lot to do, the dinner menu could have more options and with salad or vegetables...

We chose to stay at Sonaisali before our flight from Nadi Airport, rather than a hotel in town. The resort is an attractive property and was not crowded. Very peaceful and quiet with activities to do if you want them. We chose to relax. Lovely pool. Cocktails fj$15 in Happy Hour, meals rather expensive but food is good quality. Buffet...

Having just come in from the islands we were absolutely ready to do nothing at all. (There is a large range of activities if you prefer and a tour desk on site) We arrived 3 hours early for check in without warning (we were just hoping to drop our bags before meeting friends) We were pleasantly surprised when we were...

the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful. the view is incredible & the sunset more or less every night was outstanding. our king "oceanview" bure had a very obstructed view of the sea but was nice enough. the housekeeping was pretty shocking. had to call everyday for bath towels, shampoo and even robes, but it's fiji i guess. one night the...

Very relaxing week. Staff were very friendly with a lot of 'Bula's' every day. Stand-out staff were Katarina and Naca (Nathan) from Hospitality. A must place to stay rather than Delarue....quieter and cooler.

Nice, well maintained hotel and rooms. Activities were very expensive (more so than in Australia) and therefore not worth doing. Food and drinks were average and again quite expensive. The most annoying thing is the prices of Taxi's from the hotel, approximately 3-4 times of the cost of what the locals pay and no other option. Not bad overall but...

Bula Mike Z, Thank you for your review, good to read that overall your stay was acceptable. There are a couple of transport options available from the Resort, these being Hire cars and metered Taxi's. Based on your feedback this information is not being communicated effectively, which we will address immediately. Island regards Rodney Samuels Hotel Manager

There is only restaurant for dinner so. Not much variety to choose from . This resort should rate as 3 and half stars. Transport is so convenient . That the best credit for the resort. Thanks goodness .

Bula congtrungt, Thank you for your review and I'm sorry that you weren't able to visit both our evening dining options. These being Vulani, our all day dining restaurant in the main complex and Tavu Grill, offering a 'dining under the stars' experience, located next to the Pool Bar. Thank you also for your description of the Resort. Island regards...
