I have stayed at the two bedroom, three bathroom Casita. It is a deluxe apartment with all the trimmings, full kitchen, three bathrooms, two bedrooms and parking facilities included. There are many swimming pools and access by a private ferry to a beautiful private island "Palominos" just off shore. It has activities which include hiking, horse back riding, snorkeling, small...

We stayed at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan for two days prior to arriving at El Conquistador. There is no comparison in the vibes of the two hotels. San Juan was more of a city, younger party crowd and the El conquistador was more lush landscapes, upscale family and couples. I originally booked a room at the main hotel but...

Others have talked about the price - but you get what you pay for. It was a splurge for our family that we thoroughly enjoyed. For our first trip to PR, this was a great choice... we got to experience some of the island, but were able to relax knowing things were so at hand. When we return, we may...

My experience was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The service was outstanding by Jesus. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The water park and Palomino Island were a real treat, and the food was delicious at the hotel.

Excellent customer service from front line staff. 2 of my kids got good poisoning and food and beverage management haven't contacted me. Buffet dinner - fish and chicken were dry. Disappointing, especially as it was $$ Great location but a car is a must.

We stayed at Las Casitas in a two bedroom suite. The room immediately after check in had an ant infestation in the kitchen ...when they showed us other rooms they were not comparable with the location or standards of the one they checked us into . They did rectify the ant problem and this was done immediately. The hotel has...

Hotel is beautiful. Stayed 4 nights in Las Casitas Village with family (3 people total), arriving 8/8/15 departing 8/12/15. Ordered groceries for room ahead of arrival, -chips, breakfast foods, drinks, etc. When checking out, questioned the grocery bill being OVER $500. They said they would have to research this and I should call the next day. IT TOOK MANY CALLS...
