Bad service and arrogant staff, horrible attitude, female manager need help badly how to take care guest Poor communication skills and lack of hospitality, watch out for reservations online, they will charge your credit card once you arrive at location they will cancel your reservation saying due to COVID .. but won’t get an reimbursement, I been trying to get my money back for months, when they denied me to stay even so I came from San Juan PR, I summited a claim to my AMEX credit Card and reported as a fraud to this hotel transactions and wrong doing, also I sent a review on google, Trivago Tripadvisor sites to alert the public, conclusion definitely dealing with people need to be charismatic, friendly, good communication skills, specially if you’re an employee, don’t run away the customers

My husband and I are so In love with this place the whole wedding party celebration was stunning beautiful. The Staff were so nice and respectful. Our guest were so happy and comfortable they also love this place. We would definitely do it all over again. Thank you! So much for everything.

I arrived 7/7/2020. Told receptionist reservation was for my 2 grandkids and myself. She stated reservation showed for 2 people (sure my error after multiple search) and children (9 & 14) were not allowed in room reserved due to it having a balcony. Additional cost of $49+fees for a diff room to accommodate3 people. She asked about my nephew and niece, who were there with me, and I explained they were not staying with me, they were staying with their mother (my sister) at PeñaMar Ocean Club. After a little discussion, with major attitude from Receptionist, I asked about their cancellation policy. She stated I had to call third party company used to make reservation. Spoke to Rep from third party company about additional cost and policy for cancellation. He said he would contact front desk and attempt to negotiate a reasonable rate for me. Five min later, he came on line and said that Receptionist stated that I was there with 5 people, reserved for 2, and trying to check in 3. WHAT??? I explained about my nephew and niece. He apologized and tried to call back Receptionist but she didnt answer. By then my sister was there so I introduce her and again explained about the kids and asked her why she told Rep that I was trying to sneak 2 people in? Her response, I'M CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION, GET OUT OF MY HOTEL NOW. GET OUT OF MY HOTEL NOW!! Not sure if I'm getting a refund, but I'm appalled, that this person, who doesnt know who I am, would call me a LIAR and assume I'm trying to get over. smh

Listen, the only only good thing I can say is that it’s in beautiful property & the restaurant is good. That is it!! Oh and cute parakeet & kitties on property. This place looks like it’s old and worn down, unless you are staying up near the lobby. If you are down on the ground floor, prepare to have a nasty room that is run down. Stains on my sheets, no shower head so I had to use my son & daughter in laws room to shower! Rude receptionist and acts like your bothering him/her when you come to ask a question. The pool is gross & run down. These pictures are not what it actually looks like, and there is no swim up bar. The swim up bar & pool looks like it was abandoned & they made it look a bit tidy. Kind of Erie and creepy. Looks abandoned. The maid was told twice NOT TO come into our rooms. We both experienced her not listening & front desk did not give have a care in the world that we said NO to her coming in. I had to hide all my stuff in my sons locked up suitcase. She still came in!! Even with do not disturb sign on door. And reception was made aware, and did nothing. The first day we arrived a lady was screaming at the guy that checks you in because the maid kept coming in after she said no. This property is just crappy. Maybe if you upgrade you can be by the only resort looking area which is lobby. But the pool is run down, and extremely to warm like a sauna in 90 degree weather. I’m so mad I wasted my money here! Stay somewhere else. I’m far from a picky person. I travel a lot to different islands, I don’t pick it stupid things. However rude customer service, run down room & pool, and maid that refuses to stay out of your room. No thanks!

We stayed 4 days at Fajardo Inn. It was a great central place to all the activities we wanted to do and a really beautiful property. One of the staff at the Mexican restaurant let us know that the resort is 20 years old but you wouldn't know it with how impeccably maintained it was. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, certainly NOT powdered eggs and frozen pancakes. While there we rented a car and were within driving distance of everything we wished to do. El Yunque National Park is about 20 minutes in between Fajardo and San Juan. The hotel desk staff booked us on a snorkeling adventure in Culebra that we may not have chosen for ourselves but was the highlight of our trip. Minutes away is Seven Seas Beach, recommended again by hotel staff, it is family oriented and you can rent chairs, umbrellas and anything else you need. We also did a Bio-Luminescence tour. Awesome dining options in every direction. The hotel is clean, quiet, excellent night sleep and an unbelievable value for the money. We did go at an odd time, after the earthquakes and immediately prior to Corona virus. It was not at full capacity but not empty either. Highly recommended, planning to return.
