Very nice atmosphere, wonderful presentation, excellent service from Luis, but the marinara was very sweet. I tend to prefer a more acidic marinara that lets the tomato flavor shine more. Cocktails come from the High Tide Bar across the hallway which were spectacular. Be sure to try the rum old fashioned.

Waitress was very attentive, quick and kind Food was excellent and the Cabernet from m the house amazing!!! Luis Morales attended to all of our needs and was very polite when attending us. He was well mannered and helped us without even asking which was greatly appreciated. An example was when he saw us struggling to take a picture, he asked politely if he could help which saved our day. Food was delicious and well portioned. We will remember the restaurant and what it offered tonight.

Great dinner and service! Luis Morales our server, was attentive and polite! Meatball appetizer was delicious, seafood fra diavolo was great too! Wouldn't describe it as fine dining, but a nicer option at the resort. Would recommend for a solid meal.

Dictated by our 8-year-old daughter: I enjoyed El Conquistador because it’s very nice and all of the restaurants have significantly improved from last March (2021). Our meal at Bono was delectable. We especially appreciated our server, Luis “Wacho” Morales. He was on it, attentive to my 8-year-old needs, and he was a kind fellow. We ate at Bono last year and it wasn’t our favorite, but now it’s our very favorite restaurant at the resort.

Luis was awesome at Bonos, offered great suggestions for dinner. My son tried Osso Bucco for the first time and loved it. Everything was cooked perfectly and very tasty especially the Filet and Tira Misu.

I have been here for a week and the service we have experienced was not very good . UNTIL we experienced the service tonight Luis Morales really provided EXCEPTIONAL service . We had Luis as our waiter at Bono restaurant and he was great!! Very attentive and even gave us suggestions where to go to experience a local beach. The food at Bono was delicious and the service was even better!! We will definitely come back next time we are in Puerto Rico!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
