Las Palmares is a hidden tropical oasis on Little Corn reachable only by boat. The hotel is situated inside a local neighborhood 500 meters from the wharf. The property is calm and peaceful; steps to the beach with plenty of outdoors hammocks, beach chairs, & palm trees, We have 8 rooms that were recently upgraded, bright & spacious; Some with queen beds & some with double beds & full bathroom. All our rooms have walk out terrace with rocking chairs for you to enjoy. We offer some rooms with AC and some with fans and natural air! Staying at Las Palmares will offer you the real local experience as you walk by the school into the local neighborhood; steps to local shops, food markets, and freshly-baked goodies. You can’t miss the bright pink building as you arrive. This neighborhood is probably the most interesting neighborhood on Little Corn. You will experience real life on the island, meet friendly local families, and appreciate the simplicity of their every day life. You will see kids chasing chickens & playing in the mud; if you are lucky, you might get the occasional hug once you get to know them! There is a Church near by and a local bar with a dance floor right on the water and pool tables. You will see people hanging out, playing cards and dancing. On the weekends, you can hear the occasional music from both the church and the bar while at the hotel mainly on the weekends. Little Corn Island is a back to basic type of island, it attracts nature lovers, yogis, divers, sea food lovers, and backpackers. You will not find any motorized vehicles on Little Corn (besides the boats of course), expect to walk every where & explore the hidden secluded beaches. You will need to bring cash as there is no ATM on the island. If you need to use your Credit Card, expect a convenience fee of at least 10%. Come prepared to relax and chill out.

We had a lovely stay at Las Palmeras. Ida was such a great host and she made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The room was exactly as shown in pictures, and we had a nice sea breeze during the night. We felt we had the best spot on the island!

My Wife and I spent 3 nights in Las Palmeras, the service was excellent, they really work hard to give us an impressive service, having breakfast there was so pleasant, it was so delicious and the view wow! but something that you cannot miss is taste "Boca", it is a really really good collage of flavors: fried lobstes, shrimp, fish fingers, fries, tostones, pico de gallo and cheese!! i want to go back to little corn and eat some Boca!

I stayed at this charming hotel for several days, it is beautifully maintained with cement and tiled walkways surrounded by plants leading to seating areas. You will find several spots in which to enjoy a laze about on a hammock, or watch the sea and the sky and the boats pass by. The evenings are especially pretty with the strings of lights that brighten up your mood. The family is very welcoming and will pause from their busy day to have a chat with you. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious and I liked that there was an extra sink in the main room as well as a small couch. Someone from outside the hotel recommended the pizza and they were really right about it- mine had fresh vegetables and pepperoni, a nice sauce and cheese that can meet your cheese craving. One more thing- it is easy to walk to from the pier, but on the outskirts of the row of businesses in the village. To me, that was a perfect location. I miss it, and imagine the palm trees swaying!

Spent 4 nights here. Very clean and nice. The grounds are well kept. On-site Restaurant and bar is handy. Good breakfast with coffee is $5 bucks. I got the basic room with a queen bed and private bath. But they have more upscale ones too with A/C. The free WiFi is a little slow at times but gets the job done. It’s a beachfront hotel that’s laid back & supper quiet. The ferry captain lives onsite so you can buy your ticket at the bar and ride from here for your return trip to Big Corn Island,
