The resort is beautiful. The amenities are excellent. Great restaurants but of all the staff treat us like queens. This was a 50th birthday celebration for my daughter. It was everything and over the top with a cherry 🍒. Thank you Naa and Staff!!!

This holiday was booked back in 2019 when the world was very different. Due to Covid, we finally made it here in march 2022 and it was worth the wait. The stars of this hotel are the staff; without exception their attention to guests is second to none. Be it waiters, receptionists, spa staff, cleaners, gardeners or pool attendants, they go the extra mile. We had a garden residence. The room was beautifully furnished with an amazing ‘outdoor ish’ bathroom. We loved our own terrace outside, great to lounge on with the odd passing shower. The food was simply delicious. We were staying half board and most nights ate off the Thai menu as the choice was great. We went through the menu and loved everything. We ate the European menu once, simply as we love Thai food. Again the meal was delicious. The attention of the waiting staff was excellent without being over powering. We spent most days by the pool- that’s just us. The beach was lovely but we prefer a pool setting.the pool attendants couldn’t do enough for us and would move our parasols without us needing to ask… learning that we were shade lovers. The pool area was so quiet and relaxing. We didn’t go on any trips, no reasons not, simply too relaxed although we made extensive use of the spa. I consider myself a spa connoisseur and this one is at the top. Bee and her staff ensured we left every treatment totally relaxed. My neck and back hasn’t felt this good in years! I write this with one day to goof pur holiday, hoping to return to this amazing note .

A very quiet and peaceful place for relaxing and chilling. Staffs are very welcomed, food is amazing and very customers oriented. At first I was a bit worried about the facilities since the hotel has been opened for quite some times but they really maintain it very well. Spa was comfortable and all day breakfast is really a convenience. The beach is nice and quiet with varies of water sports to try on. Overall a 5 stars.

Hadn't explored the west coast of Thailand previously and always studiously avoided over-developed Phuket - but the area around Khao Lak looked charming and in good proximity to some interesting island exploration. The good news is that the area around Khao Lak has been very carefully developed - as a result the Sarojin feels remote and isolated, and even though there is development up the coastline, from the Sarojin you see very little. What was so special about our stay is the sensational service and the atmosphere of barefoot luxury - very much come as you are, relax and enjoy. The staff at every level are friendly and engaging and judge the service level just right - it's never too much. Have to call out the manager Kade as well who went the extra mile to organise us a male masseur who was outstanding. Also call out to Au, Hod and Mart on the boat trips, and Tom and O in the restaurant. The best thing about Sarojin is their private boat access to the Similan and Surin islands - we hadn't considered this as a major factor in our stay - but believe us - there is no better way to visit the islands than on their lovely Lady Sarojin boat - we had 2 memorable trips - beautifully catered and full service with snorkels/fins etc - that would be impossible to do through another supplier. When we saw the 50-60 people exiting the general tour boats on the islands we knew we were lucky to have had the Sarojin option. Worth paying for. The restaurant is great - at both Thai and European menus - we were surprised by how good the quality is and how good the timing is from a kitchen that looks pretty small - every meal was thoroughly enjoyed. The other thing we loved was the ability to have breakfast any time of the day - never experienced this anywhere else, and it's a joy not having to worry about getting up in time for breakfast if you feel like eating at 1pm - you can. Suited the jet lag from London perfectly. The beach is spotless, nice swimming beach, and a nice big pool to enjoy too. The built environment is still stylish, but the rooms are a little dated now - but because it was all built to a very high standard originally it retains its architectural charm. We had a pool suite and it was worth it, though not as private as it could have been. Overall it's a very well deserved 5 Stars and we'd love to be back.

Sensational hotel that exceeded our expectations because of its staff delivering exceptional service. The way reception handled all Covid-related matters, F&B remembering little things like beverage preferences, fabulous Spa Lady that managed to still squeeze us in even though they were practically fully booked... You couldn't find people more friendly and professional than at the Sarojin! Everything worked smoothly, from airport pick-up and drop offs with a cold Singha beer, to a once-in-a-lifetime dinner experience at the waterfall. Rooms were always promptly cleaned when we were out for breakfast, the turndown team was equally elusive and efficient. The rooms are quite traditional and a little old but very well maintained. The private pool area is smallish but the sala is lovely and pool size + temperature were perfect. Although the outdoor area is covered by plants surrounding it, the space is not 100% private as other guests and staff walking past could still see us. Perhaps next time I would request a villa further away from where people generally walk past. Also bear in mind that you have rooms above you, so anyone could technically look down on you. In other words, no skinny dipping here. That said, we would definitely return for a second time. Dinner was fantastic at both restaurants and the settings beautifully charming and romantic. The Sarojin caters mainly for couples which makes it a great destination for those seeking privacy and tranquility. All day breakfast with an amazing quality of food is another big pro. The beach area was clean, small and lovely. As we visited in January '22 just after the province reopened to international tourists, it was very quiet and there were hardly any people around. Judging by pictures from the past, it might get more crowded once travel picks up again.

We stayed here for a week at the end of January 2022, not long after Phang-Na reopened to tourists. We'd stayed at Bang Niang beach, about 20 minutes further south quite a few times, but this was our first visit to the Sarojin. The Hotel is located in a very quiet location just off the white sands of Coconut beach. The accommodation is set amongst the most beautiful gardens which are still natural enough to attract birds and insects. Access to the beach is over a short bridge across a small brackish pond, which is fed from a nearby river and the high tide. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite on the first floor of one of the two storey buildings. The room was very well furnished and comfortable with two bathrooms including outdoor showers. The hotel is making a good contribution to reducing plastic waste by providing free drinking water in refillable glass bottles and by not using plastic straws. In fact this was the best hydrated holiday I have ever had in Thailand. As soon as you sat on a beach lounger, staff came with glasses of cold water which were regularly topped up throughout the day. The all day (until 6pm) breakfast was of very high quality and the choice was excellent. All the staff went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay, thanks to Kade and Nick over the check in and for arranging transport for our day 5 PCR test at the nearby medical centre. Thanks too to the lady who printed us out static QR codes when I couldn't get the Morchana app to work. And also to 'O' who told us all about the local morning glory vegetables. I also very much appreciated the absence of background music! This is a great place to relax and chill out and I hope to return one day.

We liked the friendly staff, which was very helpful on any occasion. Eg. They gave us their recipe for the excellent banana cake, they tried to fulfil all our wishes. The staff at the beach was also very helpful with assisting when sailing etc. The hote itself was in very good condition, the room had everything we needed.
