We had the most amazing time at Leopard Trails. We unfortunately arrived during covid restrictions and therefore did not experience all this place has to offer, but what we did experience was AMAZING, 5*, 10/10! The rooms were comfortable, everyone welcomed us and we felt well looked after and the food was AMAZING. The best food we've had in Sri Lanka. We're a vegan couple and the staff even made us ice cream to suit our needs. Highly recommended, ❤️❤️❤️

From the moment you step foot into leopard trails , you know you are in for a truly unique experience. The staff are exceptional and cater to your every need. The tented rooms are spacious , comfortable and lend itself to the surroundings beautifully. The guides on the safari are the most knowledgeable you will find in the country , and give you the best experience possible! After a long game drive , there is nothing better than coming back to camp , freshening up and sitting out on the wooden deck with a cold one in your hand. As you roll into the night with the starry sky above , a sumptuous bbq spread is prepared by the evergreen team, which caps off a magical day for all involved. Hats off to the entire crew at leopard trails, an unforgettable experience and will definitely be back soon !

We were at leopard trails mid September this year and were with a group of 3 other couples. This was our second trip there and we stayed in one of their suits this time. Wow! The rooms were amazing. They had a very interesting informational session with Dhanula and Krishan, who taught us all about the leopards we saw on our rounds and how they were named and also taught us the technic they use to identify them. Highly recommend staying here, and cannot wait to go back 😊😊

Leopard Trails Yala is a property that has been on my bucket list for a very long time. This quintessential camp has 6 Deluxe tents and 2 Newly renovated suites with very thoughtful plunge pools for that extra touch of luxury and comfort which was much appreciated after a game drive in Yala National Park. Your booking comes with one free game drive and an extremely knowledgeable guide who will take care of you during your entire stay. We definitely returned home with a whole new world of knowledge on Yala and it’s resident animals. Having the game drive included in our stay was perfect since we do not have a regular guide / tracker when visiting Yala National Park And could not have been in better hands than with @hasloku (Hasantha). Your meals are looked after during the stay and all three meals were well curated and prepared to our preferred spice level. Needless to say everything was extremely yummy! (Dessert is included as well 😉) The entire team practiced their Covid safety measures to the letter and made us feel extremely comfortable at this volatile time of travel. The property is also 100% Eco friendly and does not use any plastic on the property. There are plenty of glass bottles provided with water for use in the room as well as a large water cooler in case you need a refill during your stay. Chilled glass water bottles are also provided whilst on the afternoon game drive. This is definitely the place we will be staying at whenever we visit Yala in the future.. no two doubts about it! Last but not least, I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Khulsum who assisted me with making this booking and for arranging the room of our choice, Hasantha for taking care of us during our stay and also to Suri, Chamil. Jagath and Lakshan from the F&B department who took care of all our culinary needs and In-room dining arrangements perfectly!

Lovely campsite for anyone who loves nature. Even though it's hot in the month of April, the camps had AC. Great food and friendly staff. Our ranger Hasantha was really good, friendly and explained well about animals and plants. He managed to show us 4 leopard sightings within the 2 safari's that we went with him. Great place for bird watching. Comfortable and modern safari jeeps with responsible drivers. We stayed 2 nights and it was really nice and comfy. Meals had variations and had many options for vegetarians as well. Will definitely come back again
