Arrived at the Hotel on 31 January, first impressions were a little but after moving rooms to a lagoon view room it was clear that there is ongoing work. The hotel is fantastic and the staff are all amazing, it is an authentic hotel where they cannot do enough for you. The food is excellent, we never went hungry and...

I stayed at the resort last week with a group of friends, it is indeed a relaxing and a beautiful place with a terrible service. There are so many staff members assigned for various duties (gathered this part only because they were wearing different uniforms) but they are not trained at all. The pool is the main attraction, food is...

Arrived as part of a birthday party group where part of the stay was hosted & part half-board. Hotel greeting was warm & lovely with helpful staff. Pool facilities fine as were the rooms on the lagoon. Hosted events included a garden party on the lawn where the hors d'oeuvres, ambiance & service were excellent. A musical evening with bar...

Family holiday hotel. A lot going on. While we were at the hotel there was a very large company family day. VERY noisy. Dominated the hotel for a day. Rest of the timeOK. Beach being rebuilt pumping sand. Not useable. Not ideal for older generation.

We visited club Palm Bay for Christmas and new year and were not disappointed. A nice hotel set in extensive grounds on a large lake with bee eaters and kingfishers amongst others. A very large pool which is sectioned off for the kids and adults with different depths. The rooms are large and well equipped, ours was situated overlooking the...

My husband's family and the extended family love to get together at least every other year. This time the whole lot bunched up at Club Palm Bay and had a screaming good time for two nights and three days. All the young ones, majority being boys, wanted was to spend endless hours in a pool or in the basketball court...

We went with Saga and were very well looked after. Our room was great as it overlooked the lagoon. the grounds were beautifully kept and the pool very clean. Getting sunbeds was not a problem. the beach was very near and private to the hotel. There was plenty to do at the hotel. The canoe was free. there was water...
