Their staff are very accommodating to us as their guest. Upon our arrival in the hotel they even assisted us by offering to carry our luggages. And even when we are at the common areas, they always greet us. Kudos to the staff from front desk to room attendee.

Ok, where do I begin. This hotel has so much potential to be a 4star but the poor maintence of this hotel is a let down. The staff are so friendly and cater in anyway they can, however, some of the rooms are dodgy. Its best to get a deluxe room which is inside the hotel and less bugs!!! Yes... More

We stayed in this hotel with my family from Chicago and from Hawai'i to attend a wedding and all of us were completely disgusted and disappointed with this place! Cockroaches in the bedroom and in the bathrooms! A lot of cockroaches! Very poor service! My aunt requested for in-room mani & pedi service. Sure, they came and did the service... More

We arrived at this place at night and upon checking in the cockcroaches welcomes us in our asssigned room. The head board lighting fixture is busted and no towels available. There is no intercom so you still need to go out all the way to the reception to ask for assistance. The baby cockcroaches are also present and are busy... More

I booked this hotel because we wanted to relax but the pool was under maintenance . The lighting in the room was very dark and some ants and mosquitoes was also in our room. The towels are old and the bed is very noisy when you move.

We arrived at night in the middle of a rain storm. Had asked for private rooms for each of our group. Put in rooms on first floor which were extremely basic... No window. Felt like a jail cell. I think the mattress was a sheet of plywood. Also dirty, cramped. Shower was a simple pipe with a shutoff. Could not... More

After a long travel from Vigan, we checked in at Northview. The first room given to us was so small and had a dirty bathroom so we were transfered to another one but because of some problems in the room of our group mate we were again transferred to a better room. The third room was ok now. I would... More

First time to stay as per recommendation. Pros: Check in was a breeze, price was reasonably affordable. Staff were helpful. The room price includes free breakfast. Booked for 2 rooms. Cons: -faucets and taps in the T&B are rusty -shower floor gets clogged up -not much toiletries provided -air-conditioning in one of the rooms did not work -air-conditioning in the... More

This was an unplanned trip and I only booked on this hotel, the day before we went to Laoag coming from our Vigan vacation. Of course, before booking into a hotel, I read blogs and compare prices with other hotels. With some positive feedback from their old client and some pictures, I decided to choose this place but into my... More

The entrance of the hotel is so inviting. Lobby area also is clean and smells good. Nice to stay. Though its not in the heart of laoag city you can still enjoy the quiet of the night..... Love this place
