Clean, spacious room, comfy beds, and hot shower. We stayed on the fourth floor and the elevator was not working more often than it is during our stay. Good get for those on a tight budget. Don't expect too much, you get what you paid for. PS It is included on our tour

Spacious room. Clean restroom. Reasonable room rates, especially for family travelers in tight budget.. Accessible to the town city. Wifi is only available at the lobby. Few sockets (good for two) Has cable television.

Stayed here during our tour at Ilocos. It is a mid-price hotel. Affordable. Things to point out, poor WI-FI connection. Water shortage as in they just send us pale of water for us to use before check-out.

When ever my family and I visited Laoag city, one of our budget accommodation with spacious gated parking area to go to is La Elliana Hotel. Just choose their newly renovated room and you will have no problem at all for your stay. My only negative comment is their restaurant.
