After a rainy tour and stay in pagudpud we stayed to this hotel. Finally we experience the heat of the sun in a cold vacation in the north. And also in this hotel we experience their warm welcome. Thank you

Located at the center of Laoag City. Rooms are nice and amenities include electric kettle, coffee, water, fruits, toiletries. Not for seniors since you have to go up the stairs. Includes breakfast. Very affordable.

We stayed for two nights and the place was great. Suggest though to improve customer relations since every time we ask some questions (pertaining to bus rides, how to get to places like Pagudpud and Vigan) they always answer to just ask the tricycle drivers. Breakfast is buffet, thought the food is not that great.

My family of 10 stayed as part of a tour package. Got 3 rooms for the entire family. Double room where we stayed was very cramped though with complete beddings and comfy similar to a 2 star hotel. The triple bedroom was enourmous, though we were booked on the highest floor of the hotel 4/f which unfortunate do not have...

My family stayed there for 2 nights, (dec 28-30, 2016) very clean place, spacious room, courteous staff, and strategically in the heart of laoag. Highly recommended! Breakfast was ok, their homemade longganisa and bacon tastes super!

We Had a company visit in laoag and we choose Renzo Hotel because it is cheap. The hotel is located at the center of the city, clean and decent hotel.. But The Stairs steps is not really friendly for PWDs and senior citizens.. The rooms is a little rustic because of the wood panels.. Breakfast provided is not really good...

Hotel located near banks, market, pharmacy, restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean with hot running water. The downside is that there are no elevators which encourages guests to climb several flight of stairs! Staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. A good budget hotel in the heart of town with tricycles (public transportation) lining up in front of the hotel.

I like a few things. 1. The Staff. They are very nice and accommodating. They would offer you cheaper alternatives for your tour. 2. I was not expecting that the bfast was buffet! Definitely a delighter. And the food was not bad at all. 3. I like the room too. Clean and the pillows are very soft.
