Room is quite small. No refrigerator. The room that was assigned us has a malfunctioning door, it is very hard to open. It should have been fixed first before assigning it to guest. Staff are aware of the damaged door/lock although they were very helpful in opening the door for us. Staff are nice & friendly.

The good Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent Except for the restaurant staff The bad 1. Paid for extra bed mattress /rollaway bed That price did not come with basic toiletries like toothbrush and soap. They can only provide slippers. What is the purpose of that? 2. Extra bed The bed was a tattered cushion covered in leatherette and then they thew a sheet over it. It would have been nice if they had a soft mattress protector or something to make it more comfy and less squeaky 3. Breakfast Nup didn’t happen. Ordered a sandwich and it never came out after more than 30 mins wait. Rude manager and servers made all kinds of excuses. Many other diners came after us and had their bfast served already. It is ironic that this hotel does not allow outside food. Maybe this would serve as a wake up call on why people bring in food and why their restaurant should close. 4. Key card One key card per room and it also serves as an electricity card. Lenox should realize that guests have different itineraries and it is not practical to just have one key card. I.e. what if one person prefers to sleep in and the other wants to do another thing. 5. Only their premier room have a split type ac. All other rooms have a window type ac and it takes a long time for the room to cool

It was my first time to stay at the Lenox Hotel and although we were told upon booking through phone that the new rooms are already unavailable and that the only rooms left are the old wing rooms, and although I am used to staying at old hotels, the room I was given was gloomy and noisy and there was water coming out of the bathroom floor tiles even when I'm not using the bathroom. It was also very hard to fall asleep because of the noise. It was probably from the kitchen but it was disturbing. I just felt that even if the rooms were indeed cheaper than the new wing rooms, it still was not worth the money.

Do not stay at room 201- flooded the floor2 nights in a row and finally moved to room 403. My sister asked for a room for 3 people. They got room 309 and initially just threw a mattress in the floor for the 3rd person! Absolutely NOT acceptable and they just added another mattress but still sitting on the floor. Room 309 Has a fridge! Shower caps! Toothbrushes ; slippers. The other rooms did not have. When we checked out I asked why our rooms was different Xmas the receptionist told us we asked for a studio/ I said No- we booked the same rooms online via hotels.com. They offerred a voucher but I said no thanks. In addition don’t get the breakfast if you can find a place to eat somewhere else. We did it for convenience but food is not very good and the same everyday😬 Anyone coming to this town I highly recommend Star Plaza hotel! Wish we knew that beforehand!

Thank you for your feedback on our property maam, we are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We have already addressed the clogged drainage in room 201 and is now back in service. For the extra mattress, we do not have roll away beds available only extra mattress should guest decide to have a third occupant on the room. Maam Breakfast is rotated everyday and we also offer ala carte options like Filipino, American and continental breakfast. Regarding the amenities, we tried to show you the hotel voucher from hotels.com that would show you that the 2 rooms that you booked were of different category. The other room is more expensive, hence, there is a difference in room amenities. You may also double check with the emailed hotel voucher sent to you by hotels.com, the 2 rooms that were booked were of different category. Thank you for staying with us. We are looking into your concerns and are addressing them already. We are striving to improve and maintain the hotel service and appreciate all your feedback on our property.
