Although it was cheap, you can find other hostels for the same price that are a lot nicer. It is run down, the rooms are not very nice, and the location could be better. It is still only 10 minute walk to river but most hotels are much closer. Customer service is not very good, when we arrived there was...

Having paid only $9 a night for a double room, with en suite, our hopes were not too high. The rooms are extremely basic as expected. I got an electric shock when I tried to plug in the floor fan! My boyfriend went for a shower and discovered it was broken, there was no hook for it so you had...

For the money Nana was about what you'd expect. No frills but nothing stood out as awful either. The wifi was sketchy but the staff was nice and we paid about $9 for a room with double beds. If you're a high end traveler or flash packer this may not be the place for you but I think it works...

Stayed a couple of nights at the end of March 2014. My room had bed bugs. Woke up with many itchy, red welts and spent the day trying to convince myself try were mosquito bites. The second morning I was up at 5 am and my worst fears were realized when I spotted two bed bugs scurrying across the sheets....

If you just need a bed to sleep in, then this is ok. Its cheap as chips. Customer service is minimal. We were placed in a room with a chicken coup next door and we were woken at 4:30 each day. I guess the location of the chickens cant be helped that much. The bathroom was very basic. Instead of...

Stayed there for 3 nights (75.000 per night in a double room). Location is quiet, what we liked, but still central. Nice view to the mountains. Room looks used of course and not super clean, but for that price totally ok for us.

You kinda get what you pay for here, at £1.80 each a night for a double room it's super cheap. However our hot water didn't work in the (dirty) bathroom and the room itself wasn't clean either. The bed was clean though so that's a start! The guy on reception is friendly/funny/mental and it was a good price to book...

I booked a private triple room in Nana Guestouse, while travelling in Laos. The room was simple, but confortable, with a private bathroom, for a very cheap price. However, the hot water was almost never working and the wifi was not working in the room. Credit card payment was not available, although the hostel web page states it is. The...

The best part of Nana's Guesthouse is the location, although it's hard to not have a nice location in Vang Vieng because it's such a small town. When we first arrived they had "lost" our reservation and we had to argue with the receptionist to finally get another room. The mattresses were hard but it was difficult to sleep anyway...
