This hotel isn't really much to look at, but the views, my god! I honestly could have cried. The hotel itself wasn't very clean, my toilet hadn't been flushed and the bathroom floor was soaked so someone had obviously taken a shower shortly before I arrived. If you've been round Asia and have had your laundry done in the hotels... More

We was 3 people sharing the room so it was something like 50 000kip each, which is quite good for an hotel room. The view is awesome and this is why we stayed. We was at the first floor and the room was ok for the price but few downsides: - Internet in the room is rarely working, you have... More

Sanitation and safety are my 2 biggest concerns here. Our room was not cleaned well, smelled, dirty floors, food on balcony drawing ants. There is a page of instructions on the wall of each room warning not to do opiate drugs in the room. Blood on the bathroom walls confirmed drug use here is a problem. It does have air... More

Was looking forward to stopping in this area as a part of a tour group however we were put in the huts rather than the actual main guesthouse hotel so unfortunately we missed out on the views. However still a really cool place to stay, very quiet at night. Wifi was awfully slow and breakfast was difficult to stomach in... More

Situated near the river and within walking distance of the village this place has location but a little average in other ways. While it has enough room and the bed was ok the wet bathroom turned to a temporary pool and the toilet got wet. There was free wifi but this was patchy. Breakfast was just passable although some felt... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in a bungalow. The bungalows smelly and don't get maid service unless you ask. Breakfast is poor. Would not stay again. The only good thing was that it was pretty central to everything. Wifi extremely weak and the beds are hard

We stayed at a bunglow for two people and it was clean, allthough if you looked at the details it was very dusty and not so clean at all. The shower was though. We found out only the morning we left that there was a reception on the big street, because you can walk down aswell (go right on the... More

Stay here for a beautiful view from room 406 and a good night's sleep in large, clean and comfortable beds. Know that the bathrooms aren't that clean (horrible smell?) and the breakfast is inedible. It's a short walk to everything you need and overall good value.

Vang Vieng is a small town, so any hotel is good for location. The rooms here are basic. Basic shower/bathroom etc.. Our mosquito nets had holes in, which wasn't a huge help... Nice balcony though. Request a room to the rear. Breathtaking views! Everything is within walking distance. Did the job for our 2 night stay. Make sure you go... More

Basic but clean bedroom which was spacious and on the corner affording superb views of the sunset behind the mountain... and in the morning, equally impressive. Breakfast poor, unless you like egg and bread. Reception staff in different. Unless you are part of a tour, my advice would be to check out other places... Location excellent in town by river.
