This hotel is in a fabulous location - it's just a shame that it has been neglected by previous management. My main issue was that it was filthy - the carpets in the bar didn't look as if they had been cleaned for months. There were tiles missing in our bathroom, the heater in our room didn't work (probably due...

If you are cycling in the Anti-Atlas mountains, as we were, this hotel offers a very convenient stopping point. Without it there would be a very hilly 90 mile ride. Because of previous reviews we weren't sure what we would find. We were offered a choice of rooms, which were perfectly clean, with clean sheets on the beds, and we...

We were there just one day after the last reviewer, and totally agree with all that was said,we were shown three rooms all with varying amounts of problems, the worst being a stool in one of toilets! (Not of the wooden variety!) The place was filthy dirty, no heating, dark and damp, we were also offered beer on arrival! This is all...

Don't even think about staying! Stopped by on 1st Feb 2015. Fantastic viewpoint and equally 'fantastic' shell of a hotel . stagnant swimming pool no water paint peeling no food and wild mountain herb tea for 15 drh ,3x normal. Faded and nearly extinct grandeur. Such a shame. A real folly . worth a look round only.

Simply put, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my rather extensive travels. I was compelled to spend two nights here as part of an arranged 19 day tour of Morocco. It is both unsafe and dirty. It's only positive feature is that it is located on the top of a mountain, with decent views of the...

The hotel website seems to have shut down but the hotel remains open. A lovely building with art all over the walls inside. The rooms are shoddy and the sheets synthetic. It was poorly lit which was probably a good thing. The bathroom was not pleasant and the water didn't look healthy. We arrived mid afternoon after cycling from tiznit...

the pool is without water for ages, rooms are not clean and old. In the bar drunken Arabs. It's a shame because the views from the terrace are great and there is no alternative in 50 kilometers so we stayed here for one night

We wanted to spend a night here on our way from Tafraout to Mirleft and both emailed them and filled out their online contact form. But nobody ever replied to us. So I'm not really reviewing the physical hotel as their lack of business etiquette.

A couple of years ago I spent 1 night in Hotel Kerdous although a very simple hotel but I liked it. The surrounding nature and views were very beautiful. So I decided to return. But this time no views and freezing cold, we stayed in the clouds on 1100m altitude and had our time to concentrate on the poor condition...

We also could not contact this hotel to book, both phone numbers given on the web did not work. We decided to go for this hotel because we wanted to see some of the Anti Atlas and it advertised that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived we were annoyed to find the swimming pool was almost empty, when...
