This motel has a fantastic location and great prices. The staff is extremely friendly and really goes the extra mile; they helped us out when we accidentally booked for a different day and they even gave us a call when we left a towel. This motel does not have breakfast but there are tons of places that offer great breakfast just a minute walk away. We came back for a second stay here already
Super cute and friendly. Small rooms but you’re not there for the room. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Great views. Super convenient to EVERYTHING! Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the free daily beverage from their place across the street. Nice touch. Highly recommend for budget travelers who still want something decent and clean.
We stayed one night at the Motel and were impressed with how helpful the staff was with us. This motel has been in this family from 1972 ( pretty sure) and you can tell they want return customers. Enjoyed our chat about the maritimes ! The location is perfect, close to the hop on bus to the park, gift shops and restaurants. They have an outdoor pool but it was too cool to swim when we were there. Super clean, nothing fancy but there is a fridge and a microwave . The view is breathtaking in the morning! Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for two nights, it's a budget motel so we didn't expect a great deal but the emphasis at check in is on what you can't do and the penalties for breaking the rules, this was reinforced by signs everywhere telling you there is a fine for smoking in the rooms or having a pet, things that didn't concern us but perhaps unnecessary to be so blatant. Tow away notices and pool rules (with threats of eviction) added to the institutional feel. The room was OK but the aircon was so noisy we had to do without and the large picture window with no nets meant we had to keep the curtains drawn during the day. This was part of a four week road trip and by far the least pleasurable experience. The location is good but that's it.
Our last time at Zion, we stayed at a motel just out of town. We had to walk quite a ways to dinner. This time, we wanted to stay a bit closer to the action. After reading a number of reviews, we chose the Zion Park Motel. It’s in the heart of the main drag in Springdale. The Motel is a nice ‘strip motel with parking in front of the room. Probably built over 50 years ago. To begin with, we were greeted by a very nice desk clerk – engaging, informative and helpful. Our room was ‘recently’ redone - two queen beds, corner table with chairs; credenza with TV and microwave; mini-fridge. Clean and interestingly decorated. The beds are at an angle to one another; the walls have a combination of floor tile; backsplash tile and a big fluorescent light fixture in the ceiling. It is located down town where we could walk to stores, restaurants; the food store and shuttle stops. Good choice.…
