Our last minute plans for a 7 day cruise fell through, and we decided to do Zions and stay at the Cliffrose, instead of hitting up Vegas. Best experience ever, and the surprise gift upgrade we got made a massive difference. Thank you Arnold, for taking care of our family!!! 🤟🏾
My family and I stayed at the Cliffrose for the second time, in a 2-bedroom unit with the best view of Zion in all of Springdale. We stayed at a different hotel on a previous visit, and knew that we wanted to return here for the better view and perfect location to walk in to the park. We had great service when we arrived, and were even able to rent hiking sticks from the young man at check-in. We wish the on-site restaurant had been open for dine-in service, but we did order take-out from there, and the food was good. When we go back to Zion, we will stay at the Cliffrose.
Booked at the last minute when other plans fell through. Very friendly staff, let us park before checking in. Room was very nice. Shower is spa like. Beds were comfortable. Park is a short walk away by side walk.
One of the best hiltons I’ve been a guest at. Professional staff in an amazing location. The ability to walk into Zion park in 5 minutes is unmatched!! The pool was warm enough even in March. I can’t say enough about the location and how special the staff made you feel as a diamond member. I will be back more than once.
We were a group of four including my mother, myself & my two kids aged 8 & 11. The hotel itself is perfectly located at the base of Zion National Park. You can walk to the Zion Welcome Center which was so convenient. The views surrounding the hotel were breathtaking. What made this hotel special was the team members. Everyone we encountered were so helpful & friendly. Raljoy at the restaurant was a standout to us as he was so knowledgeable & easily anticipated our needs. A true hospitality professional. Whitnee at the front desk was also wonderful at both check in & check out. Highly recommend staying at the Cliffrose Springdale & of course visiting the amazing Zion National Park!
I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. We have stayed at Hilton properties all over the world, and this is hands down the best one we’ve experienced for multiple reasons. Customer service is A+, we were treated especially well by DJ and Raljoy. After a longer than anticipated drive there through rain and snow, which was NOT in the forecast, we were a little cranky and very tired. Arrived to find that DJ had already gone ahead and upgraded our room! Wow, it was incredible—spacious, very comfortable, so clean, and the VIEW—all outstanding! The Althera restaurant is delicious for any meal. Raljoy took care of us at our breakfasts and his service was impeccable and he was such a delight! We would’ve been happy to eat all of our meals here as the food was fantastic and the experience always top notch, (but we did force ourselves to try some other local fare which was good!) When I mentioned the great customer service at Cliffrose, Raljoy told us that the property had been family owned for many years and even tho it was now a Hilton property, many of the employees from the top down had remained for many, many years and they’re a close knit bunch. It shows! If you are going the area to visit Zion, this is the place to stay. You can take the free shuttle right outside the door, or better yet, you can walk! The park pedestrian entrance is approximately a 7 minute walk. See attached photo. I only wish we’d had time to visit the spa, but we’ll allow time to do that for sure on our next visit. Thank you, Cliffrose, for such an awesome stay!…
the staff was absoutely wonderful. 10 of 10, from the checkin, to the restaurant and all. Very accomodating. The hotel is very close to the Zion entrance. It had a nice looking hot tub, nice scenery. The rooms were clean, which is my number 1 priority. We were in the king suite which was very spacious. Would recommend this hotel!
Hotel location can’t be beat as it is just steps away from the entrance to Zion and the grounds overlook the park. The hotel amenities are nice and the restaurant on premise was good. We had a condo type room which was spacious and comfortable with unremarkable decor. The hotel is a solid choice if proximity to Zion is a priority.
Great location and amazing views! We stayed 4 nights in the beginning of March. The short walk into Zion park was amazing. We stayed in a riverside view room, bed was super comfortable- The shower pressure was great too. The nice touches coffee/tea scones at the reception- Laundry area- heated pools. The only reason not 5 stars- the tiny bathroom area.. nowhere to hang my toiletry bag or shelves. I would love to stay there again.
I didn't actually get to stay here, though it looks absolutely beautiful (I'll add it to my list). I did however, have the pleasure to connect with Arnold the concierge who so nicely helped me coordinate a little surprise for my aunt and uncle who were celebrating a 60th birthday. I had a million questions and requests. He patiently and efficiently had something really beautiful set up for their room prior to their arrival. Literally got it done in an hour and went above and beyond what was requested. Truly grateful! Thank you :)
