Excellent experience at this very well located hotel next to the entrance of the Zion national park. The rooms are simple but well decorated and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were very good and last but not least an excellent service all the way!
My family and I stayed at the Cliffrose for the second time, in a 2-bedroom unit with the best view of Zion in all of Springdale. We stayed at a different hotel on a previous visit, and knew that we wanted to return here for the better view and perfect location to walk in to the park. We had great service when we arrived, and were even able to rent hiking sticks from the young man at check-in. We wish the on-site restaurant had been open for dine-in service, but we did order take-out from there, and the food was good. When we go back to Zion, we will stay at the Cliffrose.
Very nice hotel, perhaps the closest to the national park gates. Extraordinarily views from the pool that was warm and nice. Hot tub wa excellent. Rooms are OK. A bit small. Only comment is that I have checked in via the Hilton App and they switched my room without asking me. In addition they ignored my HH status. This is why I didnt give them 5 points
Check in was very smooth and our room was ready early. The manager was very helpful. The property is beautiful. The location is very convenient to the park. We were not impressed with the restaurant but otherwise it was great.
A big advantage of the hotel meadow with a river within walking distance from the room. Amazing food throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. The room was upgraded to two bedrooms with a full kitchenette for being a diamond member Parking is free Self-laundry is available using a card swipe so no need for coins which is more convenient The gym is well equipped and 24 hrs Spa available Trip type: Vacation Travel Group: Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
I Just wanted to say thank you to the staff and entertainers at the Cliff Rose. This is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff made us feel so welcome and the live music was amazing. I can't wait to come again.
By the look of the front entrance one would expect more of the rooms. Ok maintenance. Good pillows and linnen. Ok bathroom. The rooms are facing the lawn, but mine (407) was surrounded by the restaurant and other rooms. Could not keep shades opened while changing clothes. Service was great at reception. Not so good at the expensive but limited restaurant. Ok room cleaning.
I randomly chose Springdale, Utah between California, Florida, and northern Utah. Finding and taking a flight from New Jersey wasn't so challenging when getting to Springdale. My family took few nights of break in Las Vegas, NV before driving together (4 hours drive including traffic jam near Bunkerville or Littlefield). The Cliffrose Curio Collection by Hilton was very welcoming, and it was a family friendly experience than any other Las Vegas hotels. The room was very clean, and I was able to look at the mountain from the balcony as I requested the mountain view. It was very convenient to take a Zion Natl Park shuttle bus from the hotel, so I wasn't paying for Springdale parking fees. Good TV and many channels for the kids. Dinner at the hotel was pleasing and memorable with a live guitar music. Food came out after little bit long wait, but I wasn't bothered at all because of the evening breeze and beautiful views. …
We could not have picked a better place to stay for our trip to Springdale and Zion. First, the hotel is very nice, we were fortunate to have a very nice room with enough space for our 4 person family, but the service is excellent. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. But what made this hotel even better was the location. Right near the park entrance so that you can walk in to catch the shuttles, easy access to the park and close to restaurants, rental shops and stores. Situated right on the river and the park with a great little beach, and amazing views in every direction. If and or when we ever make it back to Springdale, we will be staying here again.
Pleasant hotel but inside rooms are dated and need to be upgraded. Our room safe was not secure and had to have maintenance come and bolt into wall? Front door would only open halfway and not close. Bathroom sink would not drain. Maintenance did fix all these items, but we only stayed 3 days. Travel bus blocked packing space in lot so you had to park further away from you room. And the group in bus blocked out entire patio for dining. Resort management should leave tables available for other paying guest. Honors member not worth the 290,000 honors point for 3 days!
