Wasn’t sure what to expect but was very impressed with this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and the location was perfect for Zion activities or walking to dinner/lunch/breakfast. Great little coffee shop across the street that’s nice as well. The pool area was pretty empty and only enjoyed it one day. Wish we would have gotten more time by the pool as it’s so relaxing with the sounds of the waterfall and the view of the majestic formations. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re considering a stay in Springdale.

I stayed in a cliff view room in August. The room had a view of the cliffs partially obstructed by one of the riverside buildings. While I was initially reserved about the motel style entrance to the room, this hotel way exceeded my expectations. The room was well equipped with a coffee maker and an (unstocked) mini-fridge. The bed and amenities were what I typically expect from a Hilton of this stature. The restaurant was closed due to the pandemic, but room service was delivered as a replacement. My only suggestion would be to allow for breakfasts to be reserved via website the night before instead of needing to wait until the kitchen opened at 7am to place the order. The food however was good, fast, and hot. If I’m back in the Springdale area, would without a doubt stay here again.

This was our first trip to Zion. We had a river front room & the view was great. The resort is very clean, peaceful, and my husband & 4 year old daughter had the pool to themselves numerous occasions. The front desk was very knowledgeable of the area. The only problem we had was with our keys. Half the time the keyless entry on my phone didn’t work, all 3 days we had to get new keys made. The manager did save my husband & I at 5 am when I accidentally locked us out on the back patio with our 4 year old sleeping inside. One other strange thing happened. It was 110 degrees one day, and outside our room next to a trash can was a black garbage bag with a trap inside it. There was a poor, scared, over heated squirrel inside the bag. I understand they can be a nuisance, but yikes!!! It was simply just cruel!!! My husband & daughter who have hearts of gold gave the poor guy a second chance at life!! We are planning a return next month & are considering staying next door at The Cable Lodge over that one incident. We were shocked to say the least.

Thank you for staying with us and thanks for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive! I am glad to read that you enjoyed the room and that our Front Desk staff was able to provide helpful information about the area. I apologize for the issues that you experienced with your digital key. I have tasked our Maintenence department to look into the matter in hopes of preventing this from happening again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to address the last portion of your review to the best of my ability. We had no intention of leaving our little furry friend sitting unattended for an extended period of time like that. With that being said, I sincerely apologize for allowing that to happen. Your comments have been discussed at length with the responsible team leader to ensure the hotel maintains its high standards and practices, especially when dealing with wildlife. This year has presented some challenges to say the least. The moment that our restaurant began room service, the number of squirrels visiting the property easily quadrupled. After many conversations, we decided that it would be best to catch and release them just a couple of hundred yards away (in their natural habitat). Again, I am truly sorry for the incident and want you to know that we have since removed all traps. We hope you will visit us again and give us the opportunity to make it right. If anyone reading this review has any questions or concerns. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly. (435) 772-5289 Thank you

We really enjoyed our room.. very clean, modern, Riverside view .. great stargazing (and deer sightings) at night from our balcony. Plus amazing morning views too. Very nice staff! Best part was Dash (General Manager) and the housekeeping team tracking down my son’s special stuffed animal/blanket he has had since birth! We left it in our room and they mailed it to us in CA right away!
