We had an incredible stay at the Cliffrose! From the breathtaking view from our Grand View Villa suite to the incredible food and courteous staff, we can’t wait to go back! The views from both our balconies and the pool were incredible. You have a clear view of the watchman from our master suite balcony and all the patio furniture was so comfy. All the staff were so helpful every time we called with questions or any time we needed anything they were prompt to respond. We were disappointed there was only one bar of soap to use both for the shower and the sink, so they went out and got us body wash! Our two bedroom suite was absolutely gorgoeus and spacious. Kitchen was large and had a great island plus a stunning view! Carlos at the front desk was extra helpful when I couldn’t get a hold of our shuttle driver for the next day (not affiliated with the hotel) but he called back after talking with some colleagues and assured me we would hear from them by the morning, which we did! He also was very helpful every time I called even before we arrived when I had questions about hikes or different ways to get into the park. The Anthera restaurant has some of the best food we’ve ever had. Being from Santa Monica, thats saying a lot. We dine out frequently and have stayed at many four seasons before, and their food was totally on par if not better than some other places. The pool was kept impeccably clean and the views were incredible even from there. Hot tub felt amazing after a long hike and was beautiful designed. We cannot wait to come back! :)

Hotel's Favorite
Wasn’t sure what to expect but was very impressed with this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and the location was perfect for Zion activities or walking to dinner/lunch/breakfast. Great little coffee shop across the street that’s nice as well. The pool area was pretty empty and only enjoyed it one day. Wish we would have gotten more time by the pool as it’s so relaxing with the sounds of the waterfall and the view of the majestic formations. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re considering a stay in Springdale.

We stayed two nights on our 12 day Southwest National Parks Road trip. It was a very nice Hilton property. While the room was very clean (a must during the current pandemic) and nicely decorated, it was on the small side and could have used a microwave. There was a microwave and coffee in the lobby that we ended up taking advantage of. Our remote control for the tv didn’t work. We called down and someone came to our room put a battery in it saw that it still didn’t work and he said he’d come back with a new remote; we never saw him again. For a hotel that cost us over $400 a night (luckily we used a free night certificate for one of the nights) I think that’s a bit ridiculous. As Diamond members we received free breakfast, which was some of the best breakfast we had on the trip, but the second day it took a full hour to get our breakfast even though we ordered it right when they opened. They had two pools with spas, (the pools were very warm and our kids went swimming at 8am), a little playground, and it sat on the Virgin River. The property as a whole was beautiful and clearly you’re paying for the beauty of the land around you, the 5-10 min walk to Zion, and the short drive into town. We’d stay here again in the future if we could get a better price.

I have traveled all over the world staying at accommodations ranging from small boutique hotels to the Four Seasons. Hands down the best, most friendly concierge I have ever encountered was Arnold at Cliffrose during our short visit to Zion. He was welcoming and thought of every last detail to make our stay memorable and truly magical. His kindness and generosity will not be forgotten. The hotel is perfectly located close to the National Park entrance. We stayed in a comfortable suite which included a kitchen( convenient for morning coffee and heating banana bread which we brought along) Arnold told us about a fire pit along the sandy strand next to a stream. He brought firewood and built our very own campfire where we watched a beautiful sunset enjoying s’mores which Arnold arranged for us. The property has a few pools and jacuzzis perfect after a long day hiking the Narrows. He helped us with hiking plans and really is responsible for getting us into the park to enjoy two of the most popular trails. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I will come back and have already ranted and raved about our experience with Arnold to all my friends.

My wife and I booked 3 nights here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. As a Hilton Diamond member we were hoping for a upgrade, but even though we did not receive one, our room was still fantastic (Room 110). This hotel is literally in the best possible location. You can walk right into Zion from the Property. There are many restaurants close by and there is a market nearby as well for any last minute items you may need. The hotel also Offers various items for purchase if you do not want to leave. For those of you not sure about staying here, I hope this review will change your mind. I’ve also included some valuable information about Zion and the nearby area we discovered through various reviews and wanted to put into one overall one. Due to Covid precautionary measures, meals are delivered to your room or the outside patio and need to be placed from your phone. It’s easy, simple, and as a Diamond member we received a $30 food credit which covered both my wife and my breakfast daily. Our breakfast was delicious and very filling. The front desk staff was beyond helpful. Zuriel was very accommodating to multiple questions pre arrival. DJ, Carlos, and Raphael (I think that’s his name) we’re also very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. If you go off property to get dinner, try to arrive before 5 PM. If not, you will be waiting in very long lines for dinner. We would arrive at 445, order drinks, then appetizer, then dinner. I highly recommend you visit Blondies diner and Thai Sapa for food. Zion Canyon Brew pub is overrated and not worth it. If you are unable to get tickets into Zion via the recreation website, we booked through Zion Guru, another recommendation from Zuriel. They are a half mile drive from the hotel and very well Organized. We chose to do both the narrows at the 8 am departure and Angels landing at the 8 am departure on separate days. My wife and I are avid hikers. For the narrows it took us approximately 6 hours and we did 8.5 miles round trip from the drop off spot. The water was cold and we initially regretted the early choice but when we saw how few people at that time were there, we really were glad we went that early. On the way back it was like Disney world and full of people. Definitely do this early! For Angels Landing we did 4.5 of the 5 mile round trip and it took us 4.5 hours. We only made it to the first chained section as it was already too crowded by the time we made it up there and was way too unsafe. If you want to go to the very top I suggest you get there early. After a day of hiking, coming back to the hotel to relax by the creek was beyond enjoyable. Watching the deer walk up to us was an even better experience. Definitely check out the Cliffrose. We will definitely be back!
