Sun, if you would like or sit under the shade of the pecan trees. All 8 of our cottages are unique and 7 of them have front porches and one has the Common area, which is always a joy for all the guest.

Detailed Reviews
First time to Zion and found Red Rock Inn on Trip Advisor with outstanding reviews, so I booked it and have no regrets! Sharon was more than accommodating to all of my advance questions and once we arrived. The cottage was immaculate with many small details to make it comfortable. She helped with recommendations for hiking Zion, for routes to take outside the park, the market across the street and restaurants. Everything as perfect. She and her team work nonstop watering lawn and flowers, cleaning rugs and patios and cottages. I would definitely stay again!

This was a great spot for our family of 4. We were in the Gifford room, which does several things nicely. The little kitchen area with fridge and microwave plus the community grill enabled us to make ourselves some dinners with advanced planning, plus we were able to easily store sandwich goods / snacks for our day hikes in the park without it being a jumbled mess. (Note the kitchen area is not stocked with equipment nor prepared to handle much dish washing so plan accordingly.) The bathroom was also spacious, with good storage and counter area. Most appreciated: lots of hooks. We had multiple jackets, backpacks, hats and everything could be hung up. Even the bathroom had unique spots for all 4 towels, so we could keep everything straight. We stayed 4 nights and never got completely messed up despite the chaos of kids and being in and out all day. King bed was very comfortable, and kids did fine on the pull out. Great location.

Location is right outside entrance to Zion, Sharon the GM is absolutely so warm and inviting and makes you feel like family, our cottage was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast at Oscars was delicious, I wish we would have more time to stay. Highly recommend a stay at Red Rock as you will not be disappointed!

Shannon Thank you that is really sweet, The fact that everyone comes so open to input and wanting to make the most of their time is where the relationship really kicks in. It's all of you that make it super special here. Of course Zion is the icing on the cake. Take care always, Sharon

We slept in “the watchman” room and frankly, very mediocre value for money… we could hear absolutely everything the neighbor was doing… the air conditioning, the toilet flushing… the noise from the road is very present too…
In short, we slept very badly.
Furthermore, I was also extremely disappointed with the breakfast. It's not at the cottage but in the restaurant next door and it's not at all full... I would have appreciated the manager telling us that and not us finding out on the spot. He is limited to the choice of a single dish… and again things that are really fatty and not at all healthy…. In short, $400 for a room that's not worth it. The only advantage is being 5’ by car from Zion… and having the bus that takes us to the park.
I'm sure you can find better value for money in Springdale!

We LOVED staying at the Red Rock Inn! We stayed in the West Rim cottage for two nights, which was just perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed: coffee, microwave, refrigerator, toiletries, was SUPER clean and provided extra hand sanitizer in the room. We even had a little patio we sat at and made friends next door! This place is nicely tucked away from the busy road, and has beautiful landscaping. You can tell Sharon takes so much pride in her property, and let me say, she is just fabulous! She told us all the best hikes and set us up with great restaurant recommendations. She's so kind and I don't know if I loved her or Springdale more! One of other great things about this place is the vouchers for Oscar's breakfast! Not only did we eat there every morning, we ate there almost every night too because the food is soooo good and reasonably priced. I'm counting down the days we get to visit Zion again and stay at the Red Rock Inn.

Cabin 8 at Red Rock Inn in Springdale, UT, is a traveler's haven in the heart of adventure. Check-in was a breeze and Mclaine was very helpful and sweet as she pointed us to a few must-dos in the area. The recently and thoughtfully remodeled unit is comfortable and charming, featuring a luxurious king bed that feels like a dream after a day of exploring. The spacious bathroom boasts a relaxing jacuzzi tub and a standup shower, perfect for soaking tired muscles, while large windows fill the cabin with abundant natural light. The cozy, outdoor firepit is an inviting way to unwind under the stars. Conveniently located, the inn offers easy access to grocery stores, adventure outfitter shops, and a variety of coffee spots and restaurants that suited my husband and my every craving. It's worth noting that Cabin 8 "Gifford" is on a very busy highway/main street which is noisy and well-trafficked. Additionally, Cabin 8 is underneath a rental unit above (2nd story attic, perhaps?) Thank you for an unforgettable retreat!

Get this if you don't care about weird smells coming from the bed, black mold on the grout in the bathtub, or poor customer service (no one is there after 8pm or something). We got locked out of our room at night and no one was there until 8:30 or 9am the next day. It looks slightly run down and is super small. I wanted to cancel after seeing the room but we were only offered $100 credit for another Red Rock place after paying $230. Will never be back!

Can't say enough positive things about this place, and in particular the manager, Sharon. Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted by Sharon (the property manager). She welcomed us like a family member, so much so that I was helping Sharon fix a towel rack in our room (I'm a fix it guy and could not resist)! She asked us what our plans were while in Zion, and proceeded to give us local inside recommendations, which were spot on. Sharon is like your personal local travel guide, providing all her insider tips. You can tell she really loves what she does. Red Rock Inn is a wonderful little boutique B&B. It is perfectly located in the heart of Springdale. The Springdale shuttle stop (stop #5) is approximately 50 yards from the property which made it so easy to hop the shuttle to the front gate in the mornings. Rooms are perfectly appointed, comfortable and quiet as there are only 8 units here. We stayed in unit 6, which was very nice. You can tell they have paid attention to every little detail. Beddings and linens were wonderful, pillows were great (oversized down), and we even had a full sized Keurig in the room which I greatly enjoyed. Morning breakfasts were provided by Oscars, just a short walk down the street. Oscars is a neat little local restaurant, with great food. We were able to order whatever we liked as a part of the B&B package. We will certainly be recommending this place to our siblings as they make their plans to travel to Zion, and would highly recommend it to anyone reading this post. You won't be disappointed!

This is a charming little B&B in the heart of Springdale with easy entrance into Zion NP. Sharon & 'Sammy' greeted us warmly and took the time to explain the park and off the beaten path suggestions. (For example, drive 20 minutes back to Kolob Terrace for another entrance into the park and trailheads where you'll avoid all the crowds of the Scenic Shuttle Bus Drive and can drive your own car and stop at your leisure and just admire the incredible vistas). Our room #1 was spacious, comfortable and clean. There are common areas for sitting, firepit and even a BBQ, but we didn't use them. 2 doors away is where you redeem your vouchers for a great Mexican breakfast at Oscar's. We ate at the Spotted Dog, which was good; but we enjoyed our meal at The King's Landing even better. The grilled octopus appetizer was delicious and the fettucinni bolognese & salmon were both very good. From spring thru fall you must use the park shuttle bus, which is kind of a hassle. We saw numerous people riding e-bikes and that seems to be the best way to go to avoid long lines and shuttles.

All true, Our favorite is the E-bikes in the canyon. The congeniality with the bikes and buses is simply amazing... It just really works here in our canyon. The scenic drives on all 4 sides of Zion is also very special, sometimes a day is just not enough... Speak with rangers they can really help you find your style of hiking. Kind Regards, Sharon

Loved staying in the angels landing suite for our first Zion adventure. The suite was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including kuerig coffee supplies and all the kitchen items needed. Breakfast was provided via vouchers to nearby restaurant - Oscars. It was a delicious breakfast each day, definitely recommend the waffles. They also did breakfasts to go with a limited menu starting at 7 am if you don’t want to sit and eat. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the park entrance or a 5 minute walk to the city shuttle to the park entrance. The view from the hot tub can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Zion. Sharon was super helpful through our stay.

So glad you had all you needed Stephanie, I'm guessing you got stuck waiting at the rangers station for park passes. It's time like that the city shuttles come in real handy dropping you off at the bridge, hop skip and jump from there. I too really like the waffles. Stay safe and be well... Kind Regards, Sharon
