We jsut plain like this place. The owners were great, helpful and fun. They clearly have worked very hard attending to every detail of making a comfortable stay. We stayed in room no. 1 in the main house, but I got a peek at that upstairs unit and it is huge and has everything. It would be perfect for a... More

Under the eaves is right on the Springdale Blvd in town walking distance to everything! Mark and Joe are awesome hosts and the place is full of eclectic pieces of art and theme pieces. We stayed in the main house and one of the cabins out back that were relocated from Zion. Both were comfortable, clean and well cooled. Our... More

We stayed here March 2016 for 4 nights. Mark and Joe were great hosts and gave us great info about Zion and the area (they recommended the Narrows hike, which I'm so glad we did on our last day). They do not provide breakfast, but they give you a voucher to Oscar's next door, and the breakfast is great and... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Mark and Joe were wonderfully welcoming, recommended walks and restaurants and made us feel at home. The property is old, creaky and full of character. There is seating on the porch and in the garden, which are a riot of flowers. The views are stunning both front and back. Tea and coffee are available... More

Stayed here for two nights this month with a few friends. Rented out the top floor of the main house, which slept us all comfortably. The location of the place is spectacular, the place is wonderful, and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast vouchers are provided for a restaurant a couple of doors down and the food is excellent.... More

From the beginning, our stay at Under the Eaves was superb. Mark's 5-minute orientation to the B&B, the town, and the park saved us so much trouble and helped us plan an excellent time in Zion. The entire property--living room, our room, the porch, the backyard--is beautiful, clean, and eclectically decorated. We slept well, enjoyed the coffee on hand on... More

We spent two nights at Under the Eaves while visiting Zion, which gave us the pleasure of a late afternoon on the porch swing at the back of their garden, watching robins and goldfinches splash in the fountain a few feet below us, and orioles and a warbler flit near. It was idyllic. We had room 7, a converted woodshed... More

Owners were very gracious, the location is great. BUT, be prepared to be crowded in the room. Barely enough room to turn around. The toilet was in the shower stall (that's not a typo) and the sink was bedside.

We (family with a teen) had an excellent time staying at Under the Eaves. We stayed on the second floor of the main building, which is a large 4 person space with well-equipped kitchen, space for a meal, and plenty of relaxation space. Mark and Joe were perfect hosts, gave solid advice about where to go, eat, etc. We would... More

We loved our stay with Mark and Joe the house was beautiful and the the lounge and dining area which we used every day was very comfortable. The outside space was fully equipped and we had a fridge and microwave in a little outside room which was shared amongst the guests. Tea and coffee supplied in dining room between 7am... More
