Nestled close to Zion National Park, Bumbleberry Inn garners appreciation for its clean, spacious rooms adorned with charming nostalgic touches. Guests have called out the delightful free music concerts and the comfortable pool area as highlights.
While service at the hotel earns rave reviews, particularly the accommodating staff and complimentary breakfast at Porter's, some travelers mention the walls could be too thin, leading to noise issues. Despite mixed opinions on value, the hotel's prime location and useful amenities like the shuttle service are popular features among reviewers.

Detailed Reviews
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Bumbleberry Inn. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and courteous whenever we popped in for questions or needed anything. Due to COVID, we opted out of room service but were able to swap out towels anytime we needed them. The breakfast over at Porters was great! Our vouchers got us a hot breakfast of our choice and we loved that we could get a good meal before hiking all day. The pool was open and we always found a time to go without anyone else being there. It was nice to enjoy the pool and the view to ourselves. Thanks Bumbleberry for a great stay!

We stayed for the night while we spent 2 days at Zion. Convenient location, accommodative employees, the shuttle from Springdale to Zion picks you up in front of the inn and it was a really great price for 2 rooms. I would stay here again if I went to Zion.

We just loved this hotel! The view of the beautiful red rocks outside our balcony was amazing. The location was great.... we could walk to a lot of shops and places to eat and we were very close to the park entrance. We were given a voucher for a yummy breakfast at the restaurant right in front of the hotel & bought a Bumbleberry pie to go. The front desk clerk at our hotel told us the cutest story about Bumbleberries!! All the staff were so friendly & our beds were nice & comfy with pretty throws that had scenes of Zion Park in them. Great price too so we will for sure come back here on our next visit to Zion.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is so convenient to Zion and the town. Everything is close, we could walk to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. We used the BBQ grills every night for dinner and had a mini fridge + microwave in the room. The room was clean, somewhat basic and comfortable after a day hiking in Zion and the employees were excellent - our TV remote was not working and they gave us new batteries, it still didn’t work and within 5 minutes someone was in our room to adjust the sensor, our silly mistake, and they were happy to accommodate, would definitely stay again and would recommend. The price for the room was by far the best especially with breakfast ( bag because of COVID) and the BBQ grills for dinner.

I stayed here for the night before the Zion at night half marathon, and liked the location so much I booked a second night after spending a night in the park.
The location was centrally located in town, within easy walking distance of several restaurants, gift shops and the grocery store. The rooms were clean and quiet, with comfortable beds.
One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast. They give you a voucher to Porter's Smokehouse, the onsite restaurant, with which you could order any entrée and beverage. The first morning I had the berry pancakes, the second the rocky mountain omelet and both were delicious and served promptly.
Overall, this hotel is a great place to refuel and recharge in between expeditions into the park.

We stayed at this hotel in the cold of December and stayed warm the whole night. The facility was just enough for what we needed with reasonable pricing for our stay. No frills but nothing lacking. The room had enough space for both of us and the bathroom had all the needed soaps and lotion (needed with the dry air). There were plenty of plugs and USB ports for our electronics. They had a fire on the lot recently so we couldn't enjoy the bakery or store but they are actively rebuilding.

The Bumbleberry Inn is the perfect spot to stay when visiting Zion National Park. One of the must underrated aspects of staying here is the breakfast. Each morning, you can enjoy breakfast at Porter's Smokehouse and Grill. Ordering anything from the menu, you can enjoy anything from pancakes to their delicious fruit parfait. The views are spectacular from both the hotel and the restaurant, looking at the cliffs that rise up around the town, leading into Zion N.P. The Bumbleberry Inn accommodations are basic but, you won't be spending much time in your room so it's perfect. The location also can't be beat, being situated in the middle of the "downtown" area, within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, and even the park entrance (a good little walk). Sidewalks will take you to wherever you'd like to go. There's also a free shuttle that runs throughout the town and up to the park entrance, with one of the shuttle stops being located right in front of the Inn. Side note...make sure you get your Zion NP shuttle passes early though, so you can enjoy as much time as possible in the park. The passes open up the day before, for the next day, starting at 9am. Last couple things I'd like to add about the Bumbleberry Inn is that they have a DVD collection in the front office, where you can check out up to two movies at a time. They also have a pool and a jacuzzi onsite. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We stayed on the backside of building #300 that has views of a small farm, and Red Rocks. The rooms are very nicely updated, very clean and the patio has chairs or you can sit in the grass on some chairs they have outside. Nice pool and hot tub (we did not use but many people were using). The real plus of staying here is the breakfast vouchers they give you for Oscars restaurant which is across the street from the Bumbleberry hotel, served from 7am-11am. Vouchers include any entree hot breakfast choice and 1 drink and tax. Please remember to tip your server according to what the breakfast would have cost you. The negative of this hotel is that the doors on the rooms slam shut, so anytime someone enters or exits their room you have slamming doors, which we heard at 6:30am when multiple people were leaving. Also no elevators to 2nd level if you have mobility issues. No carts to carry in luggage. All in all this is a great choice and location

My fiancé and I ended up having an amazing time at the Bumbleberry Inn. We were celebrating his birthday and told them before we arrived and they put us in a corner room on the second floor. The view was outstanding and we were even able to wake up and see the animals in the back of the property from our balcony. The front desk employees were all so nice. We declined housekeeping services for our stay, so when we would pick up our voucher for Oscar's, we would get any necessary items for our room. By the way, the food at Oscar's is DELICIOUS. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the necessities (TV, desk, etc). The only negative I would ay was that the walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the hallway, going up and down the stairs, and their hotel door slam, but honestly, we were so happy with this hotel this didn't bother us too much. Bumbleberry is like 5 minutes from the entrance to Zion, and is surrounded by the cutest shops and restaurants. We can't wait to stay here again!!!!!!

This hotel has a shuttle stop named for it and is conveniently located to Zion National Park. We had a quiet room located in the rear of the hotel on the first floor that provided access to our vehicle via the sliding patio door. They were rebuilding the bakery that had burned and usually provided breakfast; but the construction did not interfere with our visit. We were provided vouchers for a full breakfast across the street at Oscar's and enjoy the wonderful breakfasts offered there. The shuttle provided free transportation for our visit not only in the park but in Springdale which has some great restaurants with wonderful service.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania2 contributions1 helpful voteIs the gift shop still under construction and/or is there a date for it to be reopened?
The Bumbleberry Gift Shop is still being rebuilt. We anticipate opening at the end of March 2022, but don't have an exact date yet.
Do the rooms have WiFi if I wanted to work remotely from there?
Are all the nearby restaurants open?
We provide complimentary Fiber Optic internet, with WiFi available in all our rooms.
The majority of restaurants are currently open in Springdale (June 2020 as of this writing) with 10 in easy walking distance.
We provide complimentary Fiber Optic internet, with WiFi available in all our rooms. The evenings may have slower connectivity depending on occupancy and how many of the 72 rooms are streaming videos at the time. However, we have not had any guests complain that they were unable to access what they needed to.
Yes. Just cross parking lot and walk to street and the shuttle stops right there
Thank you for your inquiry. All of our rooms have mountain views. Odd-numbered rooms face West Temple and the Three Marys. Even-numbered rooms face the Watchman. As you can see from other responses, people usually request the Watchman (back) view, although we do have many people request a West Temple view too. Some rooms also have another building or the parking lot in the bottom of the sight line. This bothers a few people, but most people focus on the mountains that take up the majority of the site line. If you would like a specific view in a specific location, please contact our front desk when making the reservation. We are always happy to accommodate room location requests when availability allows (usually requires notice ahead of time and specifics really help us understand what it is you are looking for).
