We’ve stayed here before, always clean, comfortable and modern. Nice pool and hot tub. Great setting close to Zion’s park entrance, shot walk to the shuttles. All our room needed was a microwave, we had everything else!

We stayed in Villa 2 for a long weekend after the half marathon. The house itself is clean, updated and very cute. It has almost everything you need (bluetooth speaker, please). The kitchen is very large with plenty of dishes and utensils. The couches in the living room are horrible. They are old leather and the cushions were constantly falling off. Also, the tree in the corner has to go. It constantly blocked the view of whoever was sitting on that side of the room. Beds are very comfy with nice linens and we really appreciated having a full washer/dryer in the room. The location is excellent and is walkable to many restaurants and Zion. My husband and I stayed with another couple and I missed that the main floor bedroom has twin beds. Not a huge deal, but even a queen would be better. Overall I'd recommend Flanigan's! A villa is so much nicer than a hotel for a longer stay.

Lovely atmosphere with semi private patios depending on what room you reserve. We had king size bed with fireplace with a private sitting area off front porch which we enjoyed. Quiet with very comfortable surroundings. Rooms could use a bit of updates but the pool & hot tub outdoor area is very picturesque. We were pleasantly surprised with a visit from two deer mid afternoon! Staff are very nice - would stay here again!

We stayed five nights at Villa One and it was a true oasis. Tastefully decorated, roomy, clean and wonderful. We felt at home. We loved the kitcthen, as we prefer to cook most of our own meals due to dietary preferences. The patio was very relaxing, and the views outstanding. We had one minor problem that was taken care of within five minutes (getting the gas grill to light). The bed could be more comfortable, but this was a great place to stay and relax after our daily hikes in Zion.

My husband and I stayed 6 nights in Villa #1 and loved the environment, the location, and the service during our stay. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Zion during the day and a restful evening of reflection afterwards. The picture is of the nest we got to see every morning from the kitchen window. Four hatchlings and an attentive mother Robin.
