Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, luxuriously comfortable rooms -- gracious, accommodating hosts -- huge, delicious breakfasts at one of two very close restaurants whenever you wish to have breakfast -- the proximity and ease of good transportation into the beautiful Zion National Park. The consistent quality of all of these features leads us to start planning our next trip back to...

Ross is a an awesome host and took care of everything we needed. This is a super convenient, quiet location and features nice and cozy rooms. There is a wonderful collection of books in the common guest room on ground floor, as well as each room includes some of the great English literature from the past. Will surely stay here on...

We stayed two nights at Novel House. When we arrived, our delightful host showed us the room we had requested (Charles Dickens) as well as others that were open so we could choose. That was a great benefit! Charles Dickens was on the front of the house on the second floor. Robert Louis Stevenson was further back on the second...

We stayed for 3 nights in "Jane Austin" room and had a wonderful time. Hot tea in the evening (you can have it anytime) was a big plus since it was raining a lot. The room was cozy and super clean, nice toiletries in the bathroom, everything one needs for comfort. The breakfasts in local cafes were delicious, "Oskar's is...

I stayed at the Novel House Inn for the first time in July. The rooms were so well appointed and comfortable. I stayed in the Jane Austen room and loved the decor. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for visiting Zion. I plan to stay at the Novel House Inn on future trips to Zion.

Staying at The Novel House felt more like staying with friends than it did staying as a guest. We felt very much at home. The eating area was done so well and made us feel special when we stopped by for a drink or snack. Everything about the lodging was done first class with NO feeling of short cuts being...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in June and had a wonderful experience. Ciaran, our host, was so friendly and accommodating. The home was beautiful, the room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The afternoon Tea Time, with freshly made homemade cookies and lemonade/tea/coffee, was held in the dining room which had a gorgeous view...

My husband and I stayed in the Jane Austen room for two nights in June. This property is ideally located for a trip to Zion. Once we got here we never used our car again. The shuttle to the park is a 2 minute walk; as was breakfast. Check in was a breeze and we actually checked in early as...

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of May. This was the second time we've been guests here, and both times we have been extremely grateful for the experience. The rooms are fun and comfortable - with good books and all the conveniences; the host is extremely accommodating and goes whatever extra mile he can - to helping...
