The hotel is located in an awesome location, really close to Zion Park and several restaurants. Service is great, spacious room and breathtaking view. Breakfast is included which is always nice. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here while we were visiting Zion. The views are amazing. Breakfast outside looking at some of Zion is like looking at a picture. The hotel is exactly what you expect from a Springhill Suites. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds.

This was easily the nicest Springhill Suites we've visited (been to many around the country), and Ondra was one of the nicest Marriott employees we've ever encountered. She took care of us with a smile from the moment we arrived...and through the duration of our stay (even after checkout)...showing concern, poise, professionalism to us and other guests--even during a power outage! I have high remarks for all the other staff, too...friendly and kind. Beautiful lobby and back porch area. Rooms are lovely, large, quiet, and well appointed. We had a great view looking out the backside of the hotel, toward the river. Breakfast was delicious and started early enough (6am) for us to beat the crowds to Zion. Hot coffee and cold water available all day, as well. Pool area was fantastic and refreshing...we all loved the large ledge to recline on and cool off...without having to stand in the pool. You can also catch the shuttle into Zion, as it stops near the hotel...but you are so close to the park, driving in is easy. Would 100% stay here again. I can't imagine the amenities and vibe at any of the other hotels in Springdale matching the Springhill Suites for the price.

PROs: gorgeous views on both sides of the hotel; fresh and clean; wonderful heated pool and hot tub; nice lobby hall with pull board. In the separate building there are the double suites - very, very large and with balcony. Actually, it doesn't matter much which side your room is on, unless the ground floor, that would look to the parking area on one side. The Springdale site is spectacular from each direction. CONs: Being a Springhill suites at breakfast you eat in plastic forks and paper plates - a location like this would benefit of a Westin-type of resort (but the market seems to have concentrated more middle-segment hotels, like the nearby Hampton Inn); only 3 umbrellas by the pool. My STAY: Chuck was very kind at check in and worked a bit to get us an upgraded room, thanks to my Titanium Ambassador status (I wonder why his colleague told me over the phone that it wasn't possible, despite I filed an upgrade request in due time). This hotel is at few steps from at least 3 very good restaurants and an very good gelateria. CONCLUSIONS: a family stay or an explorers stay can be phenomenally relaxing and pleasant at this property. Make sure you get the room you want. The fees are similar to those of a luxury hotel (380USD/night before taxes during our week) and that might create frustration if you are not happy with the room.

This hotel is a scam with fake advertising. 1) We chose this hotel for the beautiful pictures they post of a nice restaurant in front of the mountains. That restaurant does not exist. The hotel has no restaurant. 2) there is no Wi-Fi in the property… for the very high price you pay you expect to have Wi-Fi in the room 3) we booked a very expensive room with Mountain View. We got a room parking view. According to the international law all the above it’s forbidden by law since it is fake adv to cheat on your customers. 4) breakfast was not worth it either. Be careful and stay away from this hotel.

We paid 350 USD for 1 night in a king suite and we got an incredibly awful room parking view, where everyone can see us inside the room. Zero privacy and not the view we have paid for!! STAY AWAY from this hotel as it uses scam photos to attract customers while they are giving horrible rooms!!!

We loved our stay here. Family of 4 with two 15 year olds. Room was spacious and very clean. Great views. Loved the lobby, location, pool. Breakfast was good, though would have been nice to have a little more variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is stop 6 on the shuttle. Only 5 minutes, if that, to the Zion visitors center. Also located right near several restaurants; we highly recommend Bit&Spurs across the street. Only things I’d say could use improvement are related to the bathroom. It would be better if the toilet was separated from the shower and the bathroom needs more hooks for towels. We would live to come back and stay again. Loved Springdale. Great vibe.

The location of this Marriott is fabulous. You can walk to the entrance of Zion or take the convenient shuttle. There’s a handful of restaurants in the area, we weren’t in love with the food in Zion at all. Room was clean and really liked the decks on each side of the hotel to watch the sunrise or sunset. The parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The lobby itself was nicer than you would expect for a SpringHill and the pool was good. Fitness center had the basics. Room for improvement: The breakfast: just offer guests an opt out for a credit if they have food allergies. We have nut and gluten allergies and couldn’t eat anything due to either cross contamination or no options which was tough. Pets: you need pet free rooms/corridor for those with allergies. We typically wouldn’t choose a pet friendly hotel but in Zion we had no choice. It was annoying when they were roaming the hall without a leash (that happened while we were there) and had to take double allergy medicine during that stay. We stayed at a lot of hotels on our west tour. The location of the hotel this location was our favorite for proximity to park but the worst from a food/pet perspective. We would return if in the area and just be more prepared with our own food.

This Marriott hotel is aesthetically pleasing in ever detail - very upscale, modern, and clean. However, please read my review before going as it will improve your stay. The hotel allows dogs, but it's not "pet-friendly". NOTE: Dogs are not allowed in Zion NP. The main roadway or thoroughfare is NOT open to personal vehicles, so you must take the shuttle to go hiking or sightseeing. Dogs are NOT allowed on the shuttle. The hotel has very strict rules about dogs: dogs are not allowed unattended in hotel rooms for any amount of time, and there are expensive fines if this rule is broken. So, this is what your stay looks like if you have a dog...you will be confined to your room! You cannot go hiking or sightseeing. You cannot go to the hotel's dining or fitness rooms unless you are traveling with someone who can stay in the room with your dog. It's all very confining and frustrating.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. I can understand exactly how you are feeling based on the experience you explain. For us, it is a delicate balance of allowing our furry family members to stay and ensuring the neighboring hotel guests are not disturbed, I am sorry it was a frustrating visit.

This is the nicest Springhill Suites I have ever seen, largely due to it's location with stunning vieuws from the terrace and pool area. The hotel ground are very nice and a bus stop of the Zion shuttle is very closely. The hotel looks new. The breakfast is included and quite basic. The only thing that annoys me is that everything at breakfast is plastic. I feel that a chain like Marriott should take it's responsibility and limit the amount of plastic used in their hotels. Is it so difficult to use normal crockery and cutlery? Rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable.
