Only reason I stayed here is because I got a super deal on a room under $100. That being said, I loved what was given to me for the price! The Mountain Room dinner was astounding, the staff was likewise! If I could get a deal like that again, I'd go!

We've been to the Lodge at the Falls twice, and will soon go again. Rooms are small, but adequate, especially since you'll spend most of your time outdoors! Very beautiful setting, a short walk to the falls. Being in the heart of Yosemite is the big draw, and can help you overlook any shortcomings. This is not a fancy hotel... More

Your vacation with Nature, natural beauty, and the great outdoors is here. Thanksgiving Dinner at the Mountain Room was on a par with the more costly Ahwahnee Hotel's dinner in our opinion. The majesty of the Ahwahnee can not be matched, but the food can. Fresh air, exercise, and trouble a FAR distance away makes for a great get away.... More

Did not expect this in the middle of an isolated National Park. They work hard to create a memorable experience. Our family, ages 5 to 70, thoroughly enjoyed our 2-day stay. Had one gorgeous weather day and one rain. Big impact.

Thoroughly enjoyed Yosemite Valley in early December. Fewer people make the valley a more peaceful experience. As always the Yosemite Lodge and Ahwahnee Hotel were comfortable and staffs were friendly. The Yosemite Lodge has everything a visitor could need to be comfortable. Several levels of restaurants give variety of foods and atmospheres. For the travelers that need to stay in... More

Wonderful place to vacation with family members of all ages. Great scenery, easy and difficult trails to explore, friendly staff. Don't expect quick service at the dining facilities. The food at the cafeteria was just marginally okay. Mountain Room is fine dining, but pricey for a large family.

We were 3 adults. The price of $270/night is not justified. It's an adequately comfortable room BUT definitely SIMPLE.The family room w/Queen bed and bunk beds was small & simple. The small sink area with just the mirror over the sink & dim lighting for 4 -5 people trying to apply make-up, shave, blow-dry your hair in the morning is... More

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. We booked a delux room but it is anything other than. The carpet was actually carpet tiles (like you get in an office) and in the bathroom where you may expect tiles, were plastic immitation tiles! Service was curt and the breakfast was questionable. I suggest you stick to things not... More

If you stayed at the Yosemite Lodge before the last few years you are in for a pleasant surprise. No more bunk beds, dilapidated bathrooms, furniture etc. all new carpet, beds, furniture and a clean and well design bathroom! We stayed in Hemlock this last time at a great price ($84/night usually around $165 this time of year) special by... More

Not plush but more than satisfactory and meets all your needs. The rooms aren't large but fully equipped with nearby restaurant and lounge. Staff is helpful and friendly. Shuttle system allows you to park your car and not use it while in the valley. For what you get, it is pricey during busy seasons. But if you want to stay... More
