This B&B has a very unique setting and beautiful mountain views. The reason these views are so wonderful is the entrance is 88 stairs up from the street. Not a big deal for most folks. The rooms are very clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. There is Wi-fi for e-mail purposes. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. Karen the proprietor is... More

It is situated close to glacier point, an easy drive into the valley. I have usually stayed in curry village, so I found it nice to experience a less busy part of the park. It is nice to have extra space, like the living room and deck to relax in. The morning breakfasts are delicious.

Quite simply - the perfect experience from start to finish! We stayed 3 nights, and to be honest, we hadn't done a great deal of planning before our trip so were worried that we may not get everything you 'should' do in Yosemite done...as we hadn't planned our time much at all. We needn't have worried. Thanks to Karen &... More

We loved our stay here, Karen and her daughters added greatly to our experience of Yosemite. Location is great, maybe 20mins drive down to the Valley and close to the Glacier Point turning. Big home-cooked breakfasts and it was handy to have the sitting room with fridge and kettle available for guests to use. Yes there are lots of steps... More

My husband and myself stayed with Karen and her daughters for two days. It was a wonderful stay! Karen and her daughters were wonderful and full of good advice on what is best in the Park. The breakfasts were freshly cooked by Karen and it was always a good surprise in the morning! There were some cereals and fruits available... More

This place was absolute heaven! After San Fran and napa, this B&B up in the Yosemite mountains was a tranquil oasis of calm. It's a beautiful property run by the owner Karen and her girls. I can't say enough nice things about them. The girls are so sweet and helpful. The family's knowledge of the area is unrivalled. Don't take... More

My husband, teenage son and I stayed for 4 nights in the 2-bedroom apartment that is on the first level. There are 55 steps from the parking area below to that level but we didn't mind the extra exercise. The bed and breakfast rooms are on the two levels above. Karen and her daughters were wonderful and provided all the... More

Yosemite National Park is a fantastic place to take a break, whether you are an avid hiker or a drive-in hiker, there are walks/ climbs for all levels of fitness. The climbing scene has a great history here in Yosemite - an introduction to the significance of the climbing here is the film Valley Uprising. Karen (the owner) is a... More

We were delighted with our stay at this Bed and Breakfast. It is a well adorned facility away from the valley but within the park. The facility is comfortable and the services are very good. We would not hesitate to stay there again. We stayed three nights and spent two days exploring the valley and Glacier Point. This is a... More
