This was a complete surprise weekend planned by my husband. We arrived after 9pm in Seneca Falls and the town was quaint and welcoming. I noticed the structure immediately and was excited we were staying in something "different" from a chain hotel. The lobby was crazy loud when we arrived. In fact, we had to yell back and forth to...

The rooms (we stayed in a suite with our dog) are beautifully appointed, immaculate and fairly spacious. The staff was what made our trip however. They were welcoming and helpful from moment one of our stay throughout the three days that we were there. We dined in the bar and restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the...

Room was very nice with comfy linens on bed. Bath and Body Works soap/shampoo in shower. Very soft towels!!!! Had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and prices were very reasonable especially for New Year's Eve!

Nice hotel located in a good starting point for the different Finger Lakes wine tours! Rooms are very nicely decorated, bathrooms are large and clean. No mini-fridge. Bed was confortable but not the best i've seen. Wifi worked very well. Free parking is always nice! Breakfast is really basic so i'd recommend the Cafe XIX across the bridge for good...

This is a beautiful hotel in a charming small town. Every staff person we talked to was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept and the sheets and towels were a very nice quality. Those positive points are not enough for me to want to return, however. We stayed in a Queen room and it was...

We just returned from a wine-tasting weekend on Cayuga Lake and stayed at the Gould Hotel. The front desk process was quick and easy, and we were well-taken care of. Rooms were a nice size, towels and bed linens were a nice quality, as were the toiletries provided. The rooms have hardwood floors and flat-screen TVs. 4 of us were...

This is great hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it's has really refreshing and cool interior design! The breakfast is just muffins and coffee but they have a full service restaurant for dinner and bar that were very good.

As you already know we are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region. Our front desk staff can provide you with information on local wine tours between the two lakes. We hope to server you again soon.

The room I had was nice and spacious. The cost wasn't too much either. Its nothing special but it's was worth the $125 a night to lay my head. I'd just come from staying at the Fairmont in Toronto, which I felt, was just a hotel to extort as much money it possibly could from the people staying there (in...

My sister visits from Massachusetts every few months so I thought this would be quick because it's so close to my mothers home. I live 80 miles from this restaurant and have seen it change titles and hands a few times but have always given it a chance because it was from my original hometown. I went with my sister,two...

I can only apologize for such an incentive comment made by one of my servers. This is not the kind service we provide here at the Gould Hotel. Please feel free to reach out to me so I can look further into this issue with my staff member. Just call and ask for the general manager.

An old hotel with charm, remodeled with contemporary appointments. Nice rooms, good staff, good location, parking in rear of hotel. Downside: slowest elevator on earth, weak shower pressure, breakfast is muffins and frozen bagels,. Overall a nice place to stay fair price, bar open until midnight, comfortable bed.
