Our stay at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza was delightful from start to finish. We came to celebrate a birthday and Mustafa, at the front desk, placed us in a lovely suite, overlooking the river. Jonathan the doorman, shared lots of Hotel history, making us feel almost like family! Finally Morgan, from the Palm Court, helped us to relax after spending a full day exploring Cincinnati. What a wonderful getaway, we will return!

Had a very nice stay at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland. It is a gorgeous Art Deco building. Be sure to walk around the lobby and peek in the restaurant. For an old building - the rooms were very large. It was also reassuringly cleaned to prevent concerns re covid. Would recommend if staying in Cincinnati.

We had the reception of our dreams at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherlands Plaza thanks to Roger Swonger and the Hilton Sales & Catering Team! Being a Covid Bride had its challenges but the Reception at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherlands Plaza was not one of them. With each obstacle that we faced during the planning of our reception; Roger was kind, flexible, sympathetic and worked to be sure that no value or experience was lost on our wedding. Furthermore, he took extra steps to work with us to be sure we were getting an amazing experience for our special day. I want to be sure and Thank Roger for his tireless efforts to comfort, assure us and follow through on making our wedding reception more than we could have expected and a wonderful experience for us and our guests. Special Big Thank You to Chef George Zappas and his Kitchen & Dining staff. Many couples when searching for a venue are worried about space and ambiance first, maybe music next etc… Not us! A good meal was our focus! I feel that a good meal is more than “just food”. It’s a personal “breaking of the bread” experience with those you love. My now husband and I had delicious meals - a great way to start our marriage off! I have never heard of anyone getting more compliments on “reception” food than I (unsolicited) received (to include a compliment from the harshest critic – my Dad)! It was because our meals were not “reception food”: You could taste in our meals the time, talent and care put into the dishes served. A guest told me that she had never had a better Filet Mignon! In addition, I had several compliments regarding the outstanding wait staff: Servers attention to details such as remembering peoples drink orders (and serving without having to be asked) and serving dishes/drinks in a prompt and friendly manner - I am so proud to hear that my guests received the same outstanding service that the wedding party received. Gorgeous venue, Attentive Staff, Outstanding Food and Service. I am so grateful for the wonderful reception I had on 9/18/20. Thank you for making a my wedding reception so memorable for all. Kudos to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherlands Plaza Sales & Catering Team as well as Chef George Zappas and his Kitchen and Dining Staff. Forever Thankful, Christine & Ryan

It is both the hotel AND its associates that make for an incredible experience. The hotel itself is breath-taking in all its historic charm. The hotel maintains its historic charm, although still is very much updated in its amenities. Location also is perfect, close to everything in downtown Cincinnati, especially access to all the Ohio River walking bridges, restaurants, and charm. Most importantly, all the associates we came in contact with were extremely personable and helpful. We do feel it necessary to give one employee a "shout-out" which is Matt (Director of Rooms). Matt not only delivers, Matt over-delivers which insured our experience was an experience, and most importantly a very memorable experience. We look forward to many future stays. Thank you once again Matt.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Great restaurants as well as Paul Brown Stadium within 5-10 minute walk. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel if in the area.
