On their website they advertise their parking and breakfast nonstop. When I first checked in we were told to check out breakfast. Meanwhile both were not included which we did not learn until it was time to pay. This means you end up paying much more than what is expected. At any standard hotel, breakfast is typically included so I found it super odd that a fancier hotel wouldn’t include what much cheaper ones would. Additionally this was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It really does not make sense that you have to spend more money to stay here yet you receive less amenities and a smaller room than you would at a cheaper hotel. The only reason I didn’t give it one star is because of Luke at the front desk. He was super friendly, informative, and definitely the highlight of our stay. Also, the location is in a really good spot. However, I would recommend staying at a cheaper hotel or even an Airbnb downtown and save your money.

Even if you don’t stay here you should go into the hotel in Barry area and the first floor lobby of the building to see gorgeous art deco designs. Definitely go to the bar for a drink, you will not regret it. It’s on the historical list of places in Cincinnati. I’m glad I got an updated room because it was much bigger than their other rooms and Yeah and the free breakfast buffet that came with my purchase was very good. My female breakfast server from Ethiopia/Harrison Ohio area was very pleasant and deserved a good tip which I gave her. Room Had a nice view and was clean.

We stayed two nights. First night hotel was sold out and we had standard king room. On one side we had party goers who woke us up at 2am and 6am, on the other a barking dog. Room had low water pressure, and no decorations on the walls (ses picture). Toiletries were bare minimum - no body wash, no mouth wash; single tiny bottle of shampoo. Second night we were upgraded on request to junior suite. This was much better experience other than extremely noisy AC unit. Weekend breakfast was very good, and ability to choose from pantry items on weekday (free with Diamond) was welcome. Overall staff was nice, other than checkin experience. Initially after first night I was between 1 and 2 stars, but decided on 3 after second night. Post Covid with lounge open this hotel might be 4 stars in my book.

Went for a wedding in the hall or mirrors. They did a great job for wedding. Everything else was poor. No room service, no pool, no hot water, stains on the ceilings, no cleaning room, Halls had bad smell, poor overall experience.
