Convenient to everything downtown. $40/day for valet parking and only other option is to park in a nearby privately owned parking garage. I was told to call the front desk on days I want my room cleaned. Small fridge, no microwave. Typical hotel, absolutely nothing fancy about it.

The Hyatt Regency was great! We were in the perfect location to walk to both events. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Market in the lobby was great and the restaurant had a delicious food and iced cold beverages. When I return to Cincinnati, I’ll definitely be staying here.

In today's world where customer service seems to be an after thought, this hotel is still doing it right. This property was in very good condition. The room was especially clean! I enjoyed the hotel market was open 24 hours.

The beds weren't comfortable and the price didn't watch the room. The location was great and the valet parking I don't suggested. Park in the parking garage yourself you was say at least 20 bucks. Overall I would suggest that a single person not at a family.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency during a convention. For this to be a Hyatt Regency, the in-room dinning was poor. I order two different room services, and both of them were delivered in bags and the order was not correct. Additionally, the main restaurant was not open in the afternoon hours. I expected more...

The hotel is lovely, with a great layout. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The cafe in the lobby could use some better management, but the food is delicious. (The employees behind the counter didn't seem to communicate well with one another.)

I stayed here for a work convention which meant a lot of people arriving at the same time, eating at the same time and needing amenities at the same time. The staff was on top of everything! Check in was quick and smooth, room service was excellent and the restaurant was fully staffed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Bed was nice and firm. Everything was very clean and the restaurant had the best sirloin I think I have ever tasted. The shop inside was 24 hours and had great salads. Everyone was very kind and professional. Great stay.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Convenient location to our venue. Lots to do within walking distance. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open during the lunch hour after our event but it was a great bar/restaurant nonetheless.

The stay was excellent, and the location was good. The beds were less comfortable than I would have liked. The bar was excellent, and the bartender Chris was friendly and fast. Food was good at the bar as well and my room was serviced which was a pleasant surprise.
