Older hotel but everything that matters was great. The room was quiet, the water pressure was awesome, there was barely any noise from the people above you flushing their toilet and the AC system warmed and cooled the room silently. It is centrally located and close to LOTS of nice restaurants. I would stay here again.

Our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati exceeded all our expectations! As a family traveling with young kids, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the entire property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely use valet it was convenient. Valet was very helpful with options to get around downtown with a free taxi that will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at any location downtown. The only issue that I have is housekeeping never cleaned our room gave us towels or toilet paper. We had to find a housekeeper to get these items.

I stayed at this place for a church convention over the week of July 4. We paid well over $200/night because my husband needed to be close to the convention center due to disability.
Positives: Clean, comfortable bed, decent room, enough elevators, good WiFi
Meh: There did not seem to be enough staff, Had to request housekeeping, Everything was extra price (Parking, breakfast, coffee) no microwave and a very small fridge that did not accommodate take out containers and a shelf that kept falling out, a poor tv changer that we had to romance to use and tv menu that was slow and difficult to navigate with a wonky changer
We made the decision to pay this amount but it was WELL ABOVE any other per night rate we have ever paid. We have stayed at Hyatts before and found them luxurious. Not this place. Everything was like a budget hotel. What spurred me to write this review was finding a rip in the sheet on the bed that I had to request be changed yesterday. Each time we requested housekeeping (twice in a 4 day stay) we had to specifically request what we wanted. Hubs had requested early in the week but he was brought only that which he requested: coffee pods. We reused the same 2 paper cups for 3 days. As I was working to tidy the room on the next to last day I remembered I was paying SO MUCH for the room- I stopped and requested housekeeping at the front desk as I left for the day. I made sure to request a change in sheets, new towels, new coffee service, trash out- I wanted it all and tried hard to request that given our experience Tuesday. When we returned late, the room had been cleaned but- no new glasses (the same 2 dirty ones sitting in the bathroom) no additional paper cups (I forgot and used one for a drink and carried it out and did not have the ability to make coffee this am and had to buy coffee.), no new soap, and a torn top sheet on the bed.
I want to say clearly that the people working here were busy all week and very kind. I experienced a housekeeper on July 4 in the elevator who told me she was covering several floors and was trying to help folks in a timely way.
The front desk told me that we would need to request housekeeping due to the holiday. The valet staff was friendly and welcoming.
Perhaps I am wrong to expect high end service and amenities from at Hyatt at this price point. BUT I am disappointed in this place. I recommend you not stay here unless you are able to get a lower price.

Check in was fast and we had an upgraded room which gave us a little more room to work out of as we were at a conference.
Rooms are somewhat updated with modern decor and walk in shower however the condition of the bathroom ( shower tiles and ceiling) were on need of repairs. The ceiling above the shower head was on the verge of collapse and looked like it had been patched one too many times.
Other than that the room was nice with a large LED screen tv and a room safe for valuables.
The Red Rooster restaurant and bar had great food ( wings were good ) and I was really impressed with the strip loin steak which came with a side spinach with House sauce that was delicious! The steak was cooked to perfection and the wine list was good and affordable.
My only complaint was the lack of “housekeeping “ we opted to have our room done every day and when we arrived at noon during our lunch break I had asked for some water to be sent up.
When we then returned at 6:00pm no water had been sent and no one had cleaned the room yet.
We requested towels in order to shower for our evening event and a nice gentleman from the front desk brought them up along with our water.
He also left us extra towels for the next morning if we needed them.
The following day housekeeping did arrive in the afternoon.
The only other thing I should mention is that there is no room service however the Red Rooster do provide take out.
All in all it was a nice stay.

Our room was incredible. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would expect nothing less from a Hyatt hotel. You could tell the staff put so much effort into making the room spotless and presentable. I also loved the breakfast buffet with so many options at an affordable price! Overall our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati was good. The check-in process was seamless and the desk staff were nice but not overly nice or helpful. We loved the implementation of having to use your room key to access the room floors. This added an extra level of security for out of towners like ourselves who weren’t sure of the area. We stayed in a non-smoking king bedroom that was a corner room. The room was an overall decent size however the bathroom was TINY. If you are traveling with kids or with anyone who would need to use the bathroom to get dressed at the same time I would be advised. The bathroom was also not the best in terms of water stains in the ceiling, dust in the vents and a shower temperature that could not be controlled. The bed in the room was very comfortable and clean! This made staying here for three days an enjoyable experience. At this time there is no room service being served at the hotel which was no problem given there’s a hotel on site that stayed open pretty late. Make sure to check out the menu that they have on site however because the one online is outdated. The food at RTR was amazing. The food there and Chris managing the bar there was probably the highlight of the entire hotel. Overall I would stay here again given that the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati seems to be the best option for those around.

The pillows and bed are very comfy. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, as were the front desk attendants and the marketplace cashiers. It's a great location and I would definitely stay here in the future. It was easy to get around town from this location.

Clean rooms, efficient and friendly service. I appreciate that they use large bottles for cleaning products in the shower rather than small individual containers, thus reducing plastic.
The location is close to many attractions in downtown Cincinnati, which makes it very convenient. I would stay here again no hesitation.

it's about $20-$25 per person, they will cook the eggs for you the way you want them and will also do french toast/pancakes for you as well on top if the items that are out already for the buffet.
