My wife and I stayed at the Symphony Hotel on our wedding night and it was absolutely amazing. Keith worked with me to get the keys in the morning and was very understanding. When we arrived the staff had left a card with everyone signing it congratulating us. The next morning Luka provided a fantastic breakfast service. I highly recommend the hotel for the elite customer service, great rooms, and wonderful location!

The Symphony Hotel is exquisite!!! We were checked in by Keith who was extremely welcoming and nice. He personally showed us the outside patio and our room. It was quite obvious that a lot a time, thought and effort was put into the furnishings in our room. Water and snacks were provided. Everything in our room was meticulous. The bathroom was amazing!!! Breakfast was included in our stay and Lukas was wonderful, as was the food. The parking garage was a short walk from the hotel, but was spotless and had chandelier's !!!!! I know my car loved this!! I can not wait to return to the Symphony Hotel and have dinner. This was a fabulous stay in Cincinnati.

We only had two days in Cincinnati and are so glad we chose this place to stay. Luka, the manager, was amazing. He gave us great tips to make the most of our stay and was kind and helpful. All of the rooms are named for composers and we stayed in the Amy Beach room. I had never heard of her but fortunately there was a biography of her -- kudos to the hotel for educating its guests on this fascinating woman who is one of America's great composers. As for the room, it was clean and lovely. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. All the amenities were available. The hotel is next to the Music Hall and by Washington Park -- near enough to cool shops and restaurants to walk to them but far enough away to have a quiet sleep. Highly recommended.

If your wish is to step back into the past in a Victorian-style hotel this is for you! Each room is painstakingly decorated and dedicated to s composer such as Mahler or Bach. The hotel is right beside Symphony Hall in the middle of the Over the Rhine historical district. Helpful staff and jazz on the weekends.

Great rate, friendly staff, nice room (we did not have to share the restroom! Just the 3rd floor: 2 rooms/2 restrooms) Mmmgood breakfast, close to streetcar and market and breweries, rooftop patio, jazz, free parking in garage with 2 chandeliers! The facade is hiding a hidden jewel. The neighborhood seems to be going through a Renaissance. It was a little weird to have to put on a robe to go to the restroom in the middle of the night, but overall not a big deal. Glad we found The Symphony Hotel!
