As a black man, staying in house where enslaved Africans came to hide out was a moving experience. The service was stellar. Ms Shelly made sure we were taken care of the entire time. She got up earlier than normal to cook breakfast and she accommodated our dietary restrictions. I see a some post talking about the shape of the...

The history of the house tells it all. The best part of this bed and breakfast was a lady named Shelly! I've never felt so welcome. The rooms are part of the history. They have come a long way to restore a home that should be restored. All the guests were wonderful. It felt like a big family filled with...

We experienced a most warm greeting from the owners of this B&B,were shown into a beautiful ,large bedroom with a comparable bathroom en suite. This room had a stunning view over the well manicured gardens. We were given the very interesting history of the house at breakfast on the first morning. It was used as a sanctuary for slaves on their route north...

I had thought I made reservations to stay at a beautiful historic bed and breakfast in Cincinnatti while in town for a nearby college graduation. The home in the photos is just as beautiful in actuality. I walked into a gorgeous home that had such charm, and I was so excited. THEN I learned that I was not staying there,...

Just great to relax in a B&B that has such nice rooms and friendly staff (including Kristen and Shelley). They were so accommodating for the room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was a great quiche and fruit. Such good conversation with other guests as well as owners. You can see and feel the pride they have in the building. Building...

Six Acres B&B is a surprising little find in College Hill. Built between 1850 and 1860, it is a beautiful home with a great underground railroad history. The rooms are lovely and Shelly, my hostess, did a fantastic job of making me feel at home. The breakfast was generous and served at my convenience. Not everything has been refurbished, so...

We stayed in the "main" house in a gorgeous room. I loved the space and ambience. Breakfast was a treat both days with good food and great company. Having family in Cincinnati we will stay here on any visit we need accommodations. Thanks Kris and Shelley

Cannot comment on 6 Acres B & B as we stayed in the "7 Acre" adjoining property. Because the house has historical significance (underground railway) it could be termed "Genteel decay" (Think run down motel off the interstate). No smoke alarms and exit is a steep staircase. Window to fire escape is rotted and painted shut, which is moot since...
