My concerns started when I called to confirm things and found that the number listed on the website was a wrong number. An unhappy gentleman advised that he was not the B&B. I found another number that had a generic voicemail greeting. I started looking for another B&B but there were no rooms available. I called the Walla Walla Chamber of Commerce who never heard of the B&B. I called the B&B guild in Walla Walla and learned that Azure Mountain Inn is not a member. Finally, after a couple of hours I did get a call back. They advised there was a fire a while back and they were rebuilding but they were ready for us. They were not ready. This is someone’s house with bedrooms for rent. We expected a romantic rural getaway but, well were seriously disappointed. We were met by an irritated cleaning lady who was brusk and in a rush. There was nobody on-site to greet us otherwise. There were no other patrons. The bathroom in the master had a piece of OSB and a makeshift drape in a doorway to a closed-off room, the bathroom door had a 4 inch square cutout of it. The living room had a computer desk with a worn out chair.... it is nothing like what was advertised. It appeared that this is someone’s home and they hurried off to make room for guests. My wife would have nothing to do with the place and we went to the Marriott instead. Not romantic but it was a clean room. When I called the owner to tell her about the need to cancel she agreed to refund the first nights costs but did not follow through. She was nice enough to pick up roses for me for my wife however which made the experience a bit better for my wife. The roses were expensive being that they cost me the first nights fee but hey, my wife is worth it.

This little oasis was a life saver from a horrible choice. We jumped online and made quick reaervations. We were greeted by Tabitha and her pleasant smile. She welcomed us like we were long lost friends. We later met the owners who again made us feel very welcome. The facilities are very nice with large screen TVs, private rooms with jacuzzi tubs, extremely comfortable beds, and located just outside the hustle of Walla Walla. As I sit here enjoying the back patio writing this review with cool air moving enough to make me comfortable and staring up at the beautiful stars. Azure is still kind of small and growing, but so far a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to a run through the country side and a custom breakfast. I must say that the only thing not giving five stars right now is that our time is not complete. I will say though...we will be back.

My husband and I stayed at the Azure Mountain View for three nights. We had a large suite with a shower and smaller jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very soft. I did have to ask for a hand towel as only bath towels and wash cloths were in the room. Also had to ask for a new bulb in the bedside table and thought it odd that there was no facial tissue in the bathroom. I thought the room could have used a couple side chairs as the only available seating was on the bed or in the common area out front, which had a couple loungers. Also found myself wishing for a small desk where I could set up my computer. The wifi worked very well for me. Breakfast was good and they worked very hard at filling my husbands requests. He can be a little fussy about his breakfast food. There were lots of fresh fruit, yogurt and english muffins in addition to the main course servings. Coffee and tea were available all day. The location is near where our daughter lives, so we will probably stay there again on our next visit.
