This place was a find! We needed a place close to family, and the Quality Inn cut the bill. Easy check in, his parking and great eats nearby increased the value. The in -room hot tub was an added gem. Would definitely stay here again.

Looks like they updated everything; cabinets, sinks, beds, etc. It was clean. However we were in the basement which always seems damp and smaller rooms. Nice that like LaQuinta, they do not charge extra for pets.

Room was nice and clean. Nice staff. If you are planning on wine tasting and staying here, it is a good chance you will be using the stairs (no elevator). Not really a normal problem, but when you start bringing in cases of wine from all that tasting, you now have to haul it up or down stairs. To avoid...

There's nothing horrible about this hotel, but my mattress was worn-out and gave me a wicked backache. It's reasonably clean, but I wasn't able to get hot water for a shower. If you can get a room for $60 a night, definitely consider. Otherwise, I don't think it's worth the money. The location is good, though. An easy walk to...

This is a nice and clean Quality inn with a terriffic staff. The staff was always willing to help and suggest places to visity and good directions. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. My favorite part of a hotel stay is the spa tube, this one is hot, really hot. I really enjoyed it alot. Very good...

Pros: Location is near many restaurants, shopping and central business district. Property looks good from the outside and room was pleasing in appearance. Pets are free if you need such. Sheets were of fine quality. Cons: Shower valve probably dates to 1960s and took all my strength to pull out. Mattress was more like a hammock. Badly needs to be...

Dear ForeverDiscerning, I apologize for your unsatisfying stay with us. I would love to be informed on what room you were in so I would be able to fix the shower valve and replace the mattress of this room. Please come stay with us again to give us another try. Again I do apologize for your stay.

It was clean, the staff was very friendly and had decent size rooms. The hot tub and pool were nice to have at the end of the day. Very convenient to be able to walk into town. I would stay here again.

I came to WallaWalla to surprise my sister for a landmark birthday. Unfortunately, this was an "event" weekend (Marcus Whitman alumni weekend) so the price doubled on Friday night. This was formerly The La Quinta. It is a neat, clean hotel with a friendly pleasant staff. It's in walking distance of many restaurants and downtown shops, and a grocery store...

Two nights in lovely Walla Walla seeing friends and renewing my spirit. My requirements for a hotel during trips like this are fairly simple: good mattress and sheets; good shower. The bed was fine, but the showers was a 2' box with a flimsy floor. It was next to the toilet sandwiched into another less-than-2' box. You couldn't close the...
