We upgraded to a ocean view room and it was spectacular, sitting on our balcony watching a sunset or sunrise over the beach is something not to be missed, The Hotel is currently being renovated so there is a lot of stuff going on, we were too busy to spend much time around the hotelso it didnt bother us at... Friendly hotel, very helpful staff. Near perfect location. Currently being refurbished and it will eventually look great. I hope they update the lifts, they are an absolute pain. The rooms are fabulous with some having great views of the beach and Diamond Head. Some good restaurants right on your doorstep. Not overly expensive.

I get their under construction, but they should have told us all the problems they were having before we booked. Not even half of the elevaters worked so you would have to wait 20 minutes to go any where... you were not aloud to open the windows because they were painting, and the people paiting could see you inside of... I fully understand that the hotel is under renovation, what I don't accept is that management pack guests into this hotel knowing that facilities are not working at peak capacity, therefore there is no adjustment for reducing guest numbers when facilities are not operational. We just returned from a stay at this hotel and can tell you that at one... More

The elevators take forever and sometimes you can't even get on because its so crowded.. The location is great.. right in front of the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms are very clean. And the staff are friendly.

Just returned from a 4 day trip. Let me first say the Housekeeping staff is the BEST! The room was very clean. Upon check in we were offered a reduced priced room and free breakfast buffet during our stay. We got room 907 in the Beach Tower, no balcony. Well, there is a balcony but it is locked due to... Overall a good property to stay while visiting Oahu. Hotel is situated very close to Waikiki beach. We got a "ocean view" room which i later found out has a side view of the ocean, but not necessarily ocean front view room. Room was clean and had good amenities that I haven't seen provided in other hotels. However, the hotel... More

We've been placed here by the company since this is a busy time and was hard to locate a hotel closer to the hospital. The hotel is under renovation right now. Half the hotel is hard to get to because you must go outside to reach it. No dinner is served here but there is breakfast and lunch. Plenty of... More

Its location cannot be, beat, walk out the door and there is a safe seawall beach, no waves to knock you down, we are booking another stay right now. It is very nice hotel they just finished rehab, on its first floor it is very busy but that adds to the hotel, we found two restaurants a block away under... More
