My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in Hawaii where we stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki for 6 nights and then took the Norweigen Pride of America Cruise around the islands for the next 7 days. Our overall experience was wonderful and we would definately go back! The Sheraton is located right in downtown Honolulu in the district... More

The reason why we chose this hotel was simple. We really had a wonderful family vacation experience at the Sheraton in Anaheim,California few years back. The ambiance at this location was business like and not family friendly. The moment we walked in to our room, the curtain rods were falling and bathroom lights weren't working.Staff was responsive and fixed the... More

We just got back and overall the hotel is great. The pool does get overcrowded and if you want a lounge chair you better be down there by 8am. We had a screaming family with an obviously not behaving toddler waking us up in the middle of the night and the hotel changed our rooms the next day, which was... More

We have just stayed 5 nights at the Sheraton Waikiki at the end of a 3 week vacation to the Hawaiian Islands. I am SPG member so booked and prepaid for a deluxe ocean front room thru the hotel's website. We arrived around 3.00pm and were greeted with a lovely 'Aloha, welcome to the Sheraton Waikiki' by Michael who also... More

Ok so about 4 months ago I put in a bid for a 4 star hotel in Waikiki through priceline. The Sheraton took my bid. About a week before we were due to arrive I called to confirm what kind of room we would be getting. They said it was a city view king which I was OK with as... More

We just finished a 5 night stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. I am a starwood gold member and generally stay at Starwood hotels. Although I have found Sheratons to be hit or miss, I thought a category 5 newly renovated hotel would be okay. The Sheraton is next to the Royal Hawaiian and a few doors down from the Westin.... My grandma, sister, and I stayed at the Sheraton for a week while in town for a wedding. While we had a preferred rate due to the wedding, it sure exceeded our expectations. First, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, instead of just getting 2 queen sized beds. The room had a king-sized bed in it and there... More

stayed here for 4 nights on a trip to Honolulu and found this hotel to be an above average Sheraton than those on US mainland. It could be because of the huge Japanese clientele this property seems to attract. The resort fee actually includes a huge bottle of water and wired internet access in your room so that is a... I would highly recommend this hotel for all families and travellers as it has the right mix of children and adults to cater to all. We stayed here last December with our 2 young children, aged 3 and 6. We had a large luxury room (old decor) that had a few cleansiness issues that were sorted out very quickly by... More
