Had the opportunity to stay here for one night in Waikiki. Beautiful, clean hotel with location that can’t be beat. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops, nice pool and bar service was good! Friendly staff and great breakfast in the morning!!

We stayed at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, and I have to say that I was shocked. The property is clearly aged (aging would have been 15 years ago). Elevators, corridors and bedrooms looked great 30 years ago...but in 2019, It is a disgrace from Starwood now Marriott! (Please

Aloha Ming_Travels, We are so sorry to hear that you we failed to exceed expectations during your stay with us. We strive to deliver an exceptional stay for all of our guests, and we are disappointed to know that we let you down. We look forward to unveiling our new, modern elevators very soon. But, we do understand that there is no convenient time to conduct maintenance, so we extend our sincerest apologies if you were unhappy with the state of the old elevators. Please know that we offer many different room types to accommodate all of our guests' needs. Our ocean view rooms feature breathtaking views and an upgraded interior. We hope to welcome you back in the future and leave you with a better impression of our hotel. Mahako, Bri K. Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Guest Experience Team

This hotel is kept nice on the outside, but the rooms are in SERIOUS need of a makeover. Painted wallpaper, gross rusty bathroom, worn out dirty carpet (just to name some highlights). As a Platinum “Elite” it makes me wonder if THIS is the room they picked for me, what do other

Aloha daisy20071960, Thank you for your loyalty in being a platinum elite member with us . I apologize that the quality of your room is not to your standard. As a team we recognize that the hotel is dated and that improvements need to be made to the property to ensure the satisfaction of our guests. While maintaining the property and slowly making improvements, we do our best to work with all of our guests to meet and exceed their needs and expectations. Please feel free to contact us or see us at the front desk so that we may have the opportunity to address your concerns in greater detail. Mahalo, Reece

I'm staying at the moment typing from my room on the 14th floor of 29 .. the top few floors have been renovated .. this is my 5th time here and I've stayed at quite a few hotels.. I love it here .. I've been on top floors, lower floors .. pool view rooms and tower rooms,...staff friendly and helpful and it's not busy around the pool like other places .. great central location .. some of the rooms do have that old Hawaii feeling but that's what I love.. don't let it bother you, it's a great place to stay.. I'll stay here every time I visit

Aloha!, The spot to meet the Big Kahuna Beach Service is directly in front of the Duke Kahanamoku Statue three times daily. They will bring fresh towels, fruits and cold water. Mahalo, Bri K.

Stay away, I was at the PK for 13 nights while the strike was on. I stayed in a pool view room you couldn’t hear the noise with the door closed but it’s not worth staying anywhere near these hotels the noise on the street is ridiculous. You pay top dollar for these hotels to relax not be yelled at when entering and leaving the hotel.
