I booked two rooms for the New Year weekend. The rates were affordable. The location was convenient to Waikiki for the fireworks. Rooms were not cramped. This is an older hotel. I like that the hallways were well lit and wide, even the waiting area for the elevators was spacious unlike newer hotels that feel so cramped. They have free...

This is my home away from home. Love the location, with views of Diamond Head and the beautiful ocean. Every visit, the staff has been consistent with their awesome friendly customer service. From the front desk and housekeeping staff, to the awesome bartenders at the Kulana Terrace, Chuck and Billie. This is the place to stay while in Waikiki.

Could not get internet access. Called the front desk who could not help and connected us to a company to help. They could not help and said the front desk with contact us. Well, never heard from anyoe. Upon checking out at 11:00 am on 1/7, the front desk female agent was uncaring and unsympathetic, to the point of almost...

So so equipped room there no room in wardrobe to put your clothes in there whatever for price and location can survive. 30 USD hotel parking cost bear in your mind additional charges like hospitality fee of $15 per night and deposit what what. I don't know and room location very loud from the side where my room is located.

I researched many hotels for our stay in Waikiki. We were on Oahu for 12 days and stayed multiple locations. We stayed here for 4 nights, over Christmas. It was very hard to find a nice hotel in Waikiki that didn't break the bank but also offered a good location to the beach and great views. Queen Kapiolani was the...

I've travelled throughout the world, and this hotel has had the worst rooms I've ever stayed in within a tourist area. The pics of the model rooms they post should not be allowed, because the actual rooms look NOTHING like them. To make things worse, the price is exorbitant! The only reason I didn't give the hotel 1 star is...

We reserved Ocean View Lanai with two double beds. The room was advertised to be 280-355 sq feet. It seemed tiny, tiny; can't imagine we were close to 300 sq ft. We also had room 1814 which was right around the corner from the elevator. We didn't hear other guests, but the sound of the elevator coming up and going...

When my husband and I travel, we do not typically spend much time inside a hotel room. I did not make reservations very early, but within a couple of months. Even so, choices were already limited on Waikiki Beach. Since we do not spend much time in the hotel room, we do not spend over a certain amount just to...

I booked this hotel to spend 5 nights during new year's eve in honolulu and it was a complete disaster. Good Location, nice lobby, loudest garbage dump could ever imagine. Staff were fine except for one (Valet?) manager. The noise is just insane. They have a big metal door on the water side, under the pool, where they send out the garbage, It's going up and down all the time - and it is louder, screechier, fingernails on chalkboard louder...
