I stayed at the Imperial on the 3rd floor. I had read mixed reviews so wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. I was pleasantly surprised. The room had recently been renovated. I mean renovated from the top to the bottom. I was in a studio with a murphy bed. The bed was brand new and was very comfortable....

We just returned from a family vacation for 2 weeks in Honolulu staying at the Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki, staying with my wife, myself and our 15 year old son. Let's start with the good. What's good (or even great) is the location of this property. It's at the bottom of Lewers st Waikiki across the road from the...

We were a group of 6 travellers sharing a 1 bedroom suite, with kitchen and 2 pull out beds. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great location: close to shops, restaurants and beach. Good amenities: pool, hot tubs, sauna, gym. They added a mandatory resort fee, although inexpensive, was a surprise. We would stay there again and would recommend.

The last time we stayed here it was great...but now it's even better. They renovated about 2yrs ago which actually was the last time we stayed here. All improvements are great. The lobby is great and so are the rooms. The staff is awesome as always. Lynette is great but yet so is everyone else. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed recently at the hotel whilst on a trip to Honolulu . We thought the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly . The hotel needs an upgrade but for the price and the convenience of being in the heart of Waikiki it was well worth it. Met a lot of timeshare people there, who were friendly and...

We stayed for eight nights- a family of five with adult children. We had a one bedroom apartment. It was a bit tight for five people but the kids were comfortable and so were we. Place is clean. Location is brilliant. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Next time I think we will opt for the bigger room. Price to stay...

We stayed at the Imperial for a week during a family vacation. We were a mixed group of women with a Grandmother, Mother and 2 teenage girls. We had a one bedroom Bantan suite. The actual living area was quite a bit smaller than it looked in the photos but was still comfortable when the Banyan bed was stored away....
