Good value hotel, with nice people, a fitness room, and a pool that's closed most of the time. So, if you just need a place a crash for the night before you fly out in the morning (several pilots stay here) and a Starbucks that offers microbrews, this is you place. Also, just down the street from convention center, mall,... More

Very comfortable room in the Waikiki Tower, with a balcony to enjoy the pleasant weather. Was first shown a room in the Kona Tower - smaller and without balcony. Good location close to the Convention Center and a variety of restaurants and a great supermarket at the Ala Moana shopping center. Free WiFi with good service.

Ala Moana Hotel is the closest to the convention center in Honolulu, but it is really big -feels like disney world or a giant resort hotel. There are a few restaurants but no room service or great hang out bar. In the lobby is a starbucks that serves beer and wine and intersting snacks -but the hotel caters to big... More

Great room (ocean view one bedroom suite), very clean and modern. Good location just away from the craziness of Waikiki, and next to Ala Moana Centre and public transport. Shame about the disinterested and rude bell staff....

The best part of this hotel is it's proximity to Ala Moana shopping centre which gives shoppers access to luxury gds and great sales at macy's - ladies, get the 10% visitor discount on the 1st flr of macy's and happy shopping! That being said, breakfast is pretty basic and limited in selection - eggs, bacon, potatoes, a small japanese... More

First of all, thank you for selecting the Ala Moana Hotel Condominium for your recent stay in Honolulu. Being a hotel condominium, management structure is very unique. Although the hotel rental program manages the majority of units in the building, a handful of unit owners prefer to self-manage or contract outside property management companies such as Luxury Suites International and... Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the pool a lot. The rooms are standard and nothing too fancy but they do the job. The Ala Moana shopping centre is next door with a food court and plenty of other shops. Starbucks is downstairs and a Chinese Restaurant near the pool with another restaurant on the 39th floor.

8 days at this great location. In Hawaii for a conference. Came in early to enjoy O'ahu before the conference started. Got in Monday the 12th and had a nice surprise we were upgraded to ocean view room no additional charge and no resort fees. Room was clean and was kept clean throughout. Night club at the hotel was okay. Older crowd and music was good. I like it and it wasn't no techno music. We had a private room to celebrate the birthday. I do recommend to get the room, totally worth it.

Booked an ocean view room ( paid more) for 3 persons (also paid more). On checkin found out that my room allocated was condominium part of the hotel...facing mountains and buildings and for 2 persons. Also it is managed by Luxury Suites hotel (which is also a sham because there is nothing luxury about them) which doesnt answer calls and... More

Stayed five days at this hotel located next door to the Ala Moana shopping center. This is the largest outdoor mall in the USA. The stores were great, the variety of restaurants and eating options were unbelievable. The hotel is one block from the beach and next door to Ala Moana Park. The hotel was clean and with all the...
