We have stayed at the hotel on at least ten occasions - mainly on basis of location - regarding the hotel facilities that of a 2 star plus property, used only for sleeping...

The room was in a good location but I would not stay here again...

This hotel is very clean and convenient if you are hopping around Honolulu... The bathroom is not big and the room was an average size... They only clean the rooms once every seven days, but you can request more towels...

...They moved me to 2 rooms and the first was way worst then the 2nd but i think it just need a full remodel...

The hotel makes a ton of money but where does the money go?The whole hotel was very outdated and our room was outdated and the carpets in the room were disgusting they had all sorts of stains on them the trim on the floor was chipped the chairs in the balcony were torn and messed up the bathroom was not cleaned very well I can go on...

Excellent place for a budget hotel.friendly staff... Room on the 9th floor still noisy from the busy road below...

Guy took our bags up to our room for us, and took the time to explain to us where everything was in the hotel, right down to where the laundry was...

We cannot thank the team enough and cannot wait to come back, we will definitely stay at Aqua Palms again.. Mahalo to all the team there, you made our stay memorable...

...The state of cleanliness was reported to front desk on checkout, with a request for the message to be relayed to senior management. The lack of cleanliness is not a problem created by the maids, who do their best in the circumstances, but is the consequence of the policy to remove daily cleaning - and vacuuming of carpets... The deterioration in cleanliness from previous visits was disturbing and disappointing, and should be addressed if return visits and recommendations are not to be adversely affected...

The room is average with occasional housekeeping (every 3rd day)...

Stayed at Aqua Palms Waikiki for two night layover... Had breakfast at the iHop conveniently located next to the foyer... Prices was affordable and the staff were friendly... The staff were very helpful when we checked in after 2am due to the flight getting in at that time...

Checking in with the front desk is easy and the clerks are so helpful. So far all the times that I have stayed there, which was quite a bit, the rooms & bathrooms were always very clean and the bed always so comfortable... Each stay was always pleasant & relaxing...

My boyfriend and I were traveling with friends in Hawaii and we stayed here. It’s a 10 min drive from Waikiki Beach and it’s next to iHop and Kan Sushi... The parking lot is small but has 3-4 floors... It’s interesting how the laundry facility is in the parking lot...

There is easy access to Wikiki Beach via the Hilton Resort which is extremely busy... The water pressure in the shower was incredible and the water heated up quickly!... There is a coffee maker and a mini fridge and microwave... They only clean the rooms once every seven days, but you can request more towels... This was our first time staying here, it was fine. The beds were comfortable the room was surprisingly quite our room faced Ala Moana Blvd... The room had a medium size ice box, a microwave a small lanai... Parking on site was $35.00 a day... A very small pool but was never crowded...

The Aqua Palms is the best place to stay in Waikiki if your on a budget. Right across the street from the beach, free beach towels and chairs, ice, water, coffee, and great air conditioning!... We stay here every time we come to Oahu...
