Really nice neon decor inside, super convenient location, and great service! A small rooftop pool and relaxing area to chill at as well! The rooms are great, cozy, and clean! Also, valet parking is available, and the water fountain on the ground floor has sparkling water as well!
It was my first stay but the room was much cleaner than I expected. Unfortunately, it was right next to the elevators, so without earplugs, I couldn't sleep well. and on the first night , early in the morning, the fire alarm rang(it was only once this time) but on the third night at 3am, it rang again and continued ringing. We customers opened the door and talked what should we do. one guy went down to the lobby and told us nothing happened. I wanted to get some announcements after you found out the reasons. It was so scarely. almost all the staffs were kind, though.
I stayed at the Shoreline twice in 2022 for a total of 15 nights and couldn't recommend it more highly. The location is fantastic. Right off the main streets of Waikiki so there is peace and quiet, but it is just a few minutes walk to my favorite restaurants, stores, and the main Waikiki beach. The amenities are thoughtful, with a Sodastream filtered water station that I utilized heavily, a rooftop pool, free snacks and Dole whip upon checkin, and daily specials like yoga, cotton candy, and popcorn. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and room service did a great job daily. Justin at the front desk made sure I had a great stay. The hotel is vibrant and the vibe is friendly. The value is also great for Waikiki. I've stayed in numerous hotels and Airbnbs in the area and from now on will continue to stay at the Shoreline Waikiki.…
Checked in on my birthday and front desk didn’t offer and accommodating upgrades. Didn’t ask what the visit was for. Lobby was hot that the front desk had they’re own personal fan. Strict on loaning towels. Rooms were small. Good location close to many stores. Pool is small. Our shower did not drain had to wait for maintenance to fix it. The AC filter needs change. U can see it dusty
When I booked my stay, I requested early check in/ late check out. When I arrived, I was told immediately that the room wasn’t ready, without even checking, I was told that they would call when the room was ready. I chose to hangout in the lobby for a bit, after 15-20 min, I asked for the key for the restroom and the woman said “oh your room is ready.” I thought that was odd. Checked into the room, clean, however, was right next to elevator and it was LOUD! Could adjust the A/C but didn’t actually change the temperature of the room. Came back from my event, quite tired and ready for a good nights rest, despite the noise and temp of the room, I fell asleep. Shortly after falling asleep, the fire alarms started going off! It stopped after a bit and I didn’t hear any commotion in the hallways, so I dozed back to sleep to then again be abruptly woken up by the alarm, and it didn’t just happen 2 times, but 3!!! Eventually peaked my head out the door and noticed others doing the same. Tried calling the front desk to inquire, no answer. After all that commotion and very unrestful sleep, I asked for a late checkout- which they did not accommodate. My experience did not leave a good impression and do not intend on staying there nor recommending to others.…
It's perfectly nice, but a little worn out. We liked that it was *just* off the main drag of Waikiki, but it still feels very much part of things. Your mileage may of course vary. They're clearly trying very hard, which counts for something.
Hotel with promise but needs to upgrade facilities and AC. They don't have self controlled AC in the room. My room was easily 85 deg, couldn't sleep at night, too hot and too loud.. Price was cheap for the room, but after I noticed the lack of AC, it made sense.. 👎
My girlfriends and I stayed here for a quick trip to celebrate a birthday. Staff was super friendly and accommodating - we especially loved April, Galen, Jeff and Damien. They really took care of us, from our room needs to valet service. The hotel is colorful and quirky, which we loved. It's in a great location and we were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, market, and ABC stores. The view outside the patio looked at another building which wasn't a big deal to us since we were hardly in our room. I will definitely consider this hotel again for my next visit.
3 star hotel, clean and ok standard. New towels every day, 24 hours reception. Good restaurant at the hotel, with good food and beverages. The restaurant doesn’t belong to the hotel so no breakfast included. A bit expansive for being a 3 star hotel with an ok standard and not breakfast included in the stay.
Very homely and quaint boutique hotel. Close to all shopping and Waikiki beaches. Coffee in the am and gelato in the afternoon. Friendly, competent and knowledgeable staff, especially Kimverley. A preferred hotel by tourists from Australia, Italy, Philippines, South Koreans, France, Germany, Switzerland. Everyone I met and encountered were raving about their stay. Great prices and hospitality is above and beyond. Cafe and restaurant serves great food. Rooftop pool is the place to hang out. ✅✅✅
