My husband, sister-in-law & myself stayed at surfjack for 6 nights. The staff at the front desk were amazing so friendly & helpful. The bar staff were also lovely. The rooms were clean & the beds were comfortable. As our flight was a late one they gave us a complimentary room to use. Loved the pool area. I would recommend this hotel to all my friend.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in early June. The Surfjack had been highly recommended to us by our travel agent so we were looking forward to our child-free holiday. We arrived first thing in the morning after a terrible night flight and were so grateful and happy when the front desk staff found us a room so we could get some sleep! Our room was clean and comfortable. Loved the fresh, modern feel of the rooms whilst still maintaining the charm and character of the building. Our bed was better than our one at home and so was the massive shower! The plus-ones really make this a special place to stay. The magazines, macadamia cookies, handwritten note, tote bag, lime infused cold water to refill your drink bottles, delicious smelling toiletries, all make you appreciate the effort made in making this feel like your home away from home. The restaurant on-site serves delicious fresh food that we struggled to find anything better. However it is in a great location of lots of local amenities. Would definitely recommend the Surfjack to anyone visiting Waikiki. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t meet Chris on reception until the morning we were leaving! It might be awhile until we are back, but we will be back.

Haven't stayed here for two years and once again, this place seriously ROCKS. Stayed three nights on the front and back end of a week trip I love this spot from the moment I get here, the front desk is one of the most friendly I've dealt with, the pool is front and center, Mahina & Sons is delicious, the free coffee is nice, the free bikes are great, got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom which I loved. The overall laidback surfer style and the great event programming seals the deal. It's not right on the beach, but who cares, it's a few blocks away! I mean, I loved my room so much the first trip they put me in the exact same room on my request for my second stay... that's customer service.

We stayed here for one week in September 18 and had a great stay. This is a modern place with great standard for the price in Waikiki (everything is expensive). Very nice staff and it feels very Hawaiian. Clean fun rooms with some elements of surfing. A smaller pool that we didn't use we always went to the beach that is just a short walk from the Hotel. Close to busses if you want to move around. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Remember that you will have to pay a tax when you check-out on all hotels around. This Hotel also had great live music almost every day, great food and drinks (also expensive) but again, everything is in Hawaii.
