This hotel was great. We bought through Costco which took care of resort fees. We had a 2 bedroom ocean room and stayed 5 nights. The service was phenomenal, upon check in we were offered oshibori and POG juice as well as leis. My toddler was so tickled by getting lei'd and was thrilled to receive beach toys. We noted we were celebrating an anniversary and retirements, and we got a mini champagne and box of chocolates as well as aluminum water bottles, a Coola reef safe sunscreen kit and a very nice beach bag. The cleaning service was also so great, they came every day and made sure we had clean towels and cleaned all areas. Valet service was also perfect, super quick, friendly and attentive.
The room was very spacious and the view was mostly nice, we stayed on the 19th floor and had the ocean in front but the other condos blocked some of the view. The construction had been delayed and we had no access to the pools, the keiki pool, bbq grills, etc. There was also construction right above us that was very noisy on our last day so we were glad to be leaving. The Master bed was super comfortable and we had the other twin beds pushed together but our toddler kept falling in between and it wasn't that comfortable. The sofa bed was abysmal, and I'd not subject anyone to sleeping there, the mattress sagged severely in the middle and was very very loud. The AC worked, but it was uneven, the room was difficult to get right, mostly freezing cold or we just let it come to room temp. The kitchen is a full one but was mostly nice but every pan was scratched and they had salt/pepper upon request but no oil. I'd recommend buying a cheap pan to use only there if you come. Washer and dryer was very useful and worked well.
The location is very convenient with the ocean just one street away, and a very nice gentle one at that. There are so many restaurants and stores and so much to do you'd never have to leave the area. Overall, we'd stay again.

I can’t say enough about this property. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront view condo fir five of us including three teens. The tower is literally steps from the beach with a private beachside entrance. The building itself is beautiful. Free valet parking and welcome gifts on arrival. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen. The tower is next door to Morimotos if you are an Iron Chef fan! Beautiful, large balcony facing the beach. From here we were able to walk all of Waikiki Beach within minutes. So many restaurants and shops! We could be on the beach from our unit in under five minutes. Cleaning service daily. Bathrooms very nice as well. Fantastic service. For a family of five this was cheaper than two hotel rooms on the beach and offered so much more. Just a perfect location. Highly recommend!

The hotel is an excellent choice for family trips, especially for those traveling with young children and seniors. The views from the higher floors are impressive (I stayed on the 22nd floor). The staff is welcoming, and valet parking is theoretically free, which is a great benefit given the hotel's prime location near Waikiki Beach. The beach is easily accessible, just across the street.
The kitchen is well-equipped with nearly everything you might need, including a rice cooker and even six complimentary cans of juice!
However, some aspects of the room facilities are outdated, such as the air conditioning and bathroom fixtures. Additionally, the walls are not very soundproof, which can be an issue with noise.

This is a great place to stay for families and if staying for more than a few days. Our first time in Honolulu and we had 2 adults and 3 teens/20-somethings from Sat to Sat, so we needed space/kitchen and laundry! This place had it all and right on Waikiki Kuhio beach where we watched the surfers every AM from the comfort of our lanai, sipping coffee. I had booked the 2 BR 2 bath oceanfront unit and it was worth it!. 1 BR with a King and beautiful bathroom with a great tub to soak in. second BR had 2 twin beds and bathroom in the hallway, plus a pullout couch. nice laundry machine with unlimited detergent from the front desk, full kitchen with coffee supplied daily. Coffee was too weak for me so I bought some local Lion's coffee then realized there were no filters. Once again, front desk happily gave me filters for the rest of the week. Free parking, also went to the Bishops museum for free (just show your room key at ticket counter, highly recommend if you want to learn about Hawaiian culture/history. normal admission price is $33/adult!). Did not get to the Art museum but that is also included in your stay. location is a busy area and traffic can be horrendous so in town, use your car as little as possible. all the shopping and restaurants are within walking distance or can go by The Bus. Overall, we had a great week in Waikiki and would definitely stay here again.

It was an oceanfront room on the 16th floor, and it was nice to have a view of the ocean right in front and both the driveway and the sidewalk. If you go forward, Waikiki Beach is right across the road, so it was great for playing in the water. You can reduce the cost of eating out by being able to cook your own food. You can take hula dancing and ukulele/lei-making classes at the accommodation. The location of the hotel was convenient as you could walk around and there were many shops and restaurants. Overall, this is a great residence hotel.

Check-in at Waikiki Beach Tower was seamless, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. A warm aloha greeted us, complete with a thoughtful gift bag, beautiful shell leis, refreshing bottled water, and a cool, soothing hand towel. The room exuded comfort and hospitality, featuring plush robes, cozy slippers, and a fresh daily newspaper—small yet meaningful touches that elevated our experience. While we were aware of the ongoing construction, it definitely impacted our ability to fully enjoy the stay. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed dust throughout the room, which took away from the overall comfort.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at the Waikiki Beach Tower. The view from our balcony was priceless. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer and dryer in the bathroom, the living room is separate from the bedroom, and it has comfortable furniture. We could see the beach from our bed. The beach is literally across the street, but my daughter also enjoyed the pool that is warm at all times. The location is perfect because you are in a walking distance to the stores, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, tours pick up and drop us location etc. It is very complicated to find parking on the area, so the valet parking is a great bonus. All the staff is very nice and ready to help you with anything. In another words, I don't think we will ever stay in another place when we visit Waikiki again. We highly recommend Aston Waikiki Beach Tower it to anyone.

The suite was well appointed, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all of the kitchen utensils and appliances you would want. We had a 2 bedroom premium oceanfront suite and the views were excellent. The central location on Waikiki beach made it easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.

The Residences at Waikiki Beach Tower are amazing! My family of 4 stayed for 8 days/7 nights and loved every single moment. The front desk was very kind upon our arrival. As we sat in comfy chairs in the lobby doing our check-in, they brought us fresh, cool towels with lavender, drinks and leis. Part of our package was a nice beach bag with a water bottle for each person in our party. We filled them each day at the water cooler in the lobby (filtered water). Our room was on the 32nd floor and had amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and all of Waikiki, including Diamond Head. The balcony was the length of the living room plus a nice sitting area outside. It was huge. There was a table, 4 chairs and an ottoman on the deck, which we used every morning and evening. The room was very spacious. We had a large living room, eating area with a large table and 4 chairs, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The laundry detergent and all of the toilettries were complimentary. I washed clothes multiple times throughout the week and we never ran out of detergent. The beds were very comfortable. The king size bed came with 6 pillows. The master bathroom had double sinks, toilet with bidet and a full bath with removable shower head. The water pressure in the shower was the best we've ever had while traveling. The room was cleaned every day and everything restocked. We highly recommend staying here. We plan to stay here the next time we're in Oahu.

Room still had dust on all table counters. Daily maid service was slow- they would come at 4:55pm when we were already gone majority of the day . stay still felt dirty even with daily cleaning service. They also gave me an unrenovated room which did not reflect what I booked online and did not accommodate for it

Hello, I’m just seeing this question now.
I don’t remember seeing those specific options when we booked but my best guess would be the floor you are on. We had the highest category room and it was on a very high floor (33rd I think) and it was on the corner facing Diamond head.. It was a beautiful space with unbelievable views. Really comfortable and well appointed. If you are afraid of heights that would be the only issue. It’s very high up.
There are more places to choose from in the Honolulu area.
