Room is large enough, though not much space to store luggage, suitcases etc. Tv large screen, working great. Good location. Clean room, bathroom ok, staff very friendly, fast wireless working great. The only major downside for me was the very noisy AC - not when functioning, though it is noisy when turned on, I didn't need to use it very...

Recently renovated, great price, rooms are fairly small but very clean. The beds were very comfortable, large television, but I would say pretty thin walls. Very large hotel, about 500 to 600 units. Parking is a problem in Waikiki. Expect to pay $25 to $35 a day. If you park about 2 blocks away, beside the river, its free all...

Have stayed here before but now the renovations are complete it is a lot more comfortable. We were on the top floor room 4415 and had the best view of the ocean and city. The room is a lot more trendier and the only downside is the old fashioned air conditioner, will be staying here again next visit

It's a decent hotel in Waikiki for a good price. The hotel is going through a lot of renovations right now. The room we had (37th floor), was updated and very nice. When we checked in we were given an upgrade to a room with a partial ocean view. But there's still a lot to be done to other areas...

I'm not usually the person who writes a review but decided to leave a short comment because I was so worried about the hotel before I arrived here. But overall, the hotel was much better than I had originally thought, especially in terms of cleanliness. I think that's because this hotel is being renovated. In addition, the location was very...

Hotel has been refurbished so is quite nice in the rooms. However lobby area still under reservations. Hotel it within walking distance on Waikiki and beach. Also close to ala Moana shopping centre which I don't recommend. Better and cheaper to shop in Waikiki. Bus stop close by approx 2 blocks to go to the airport. If u take a...

The lady who checked us in and out was really lovely and helpful. The room was basic but fine, except for the air conditioner which was SO loud. we had to choose weather to be boiling hot or listen to the noisy air conditioning.

I left my macbook charged and opened the lid because i was uploading my photos. When I came back after a brielf walk outside, the computer was unplugged and the lid was closed! Worse, my computer will not turn back on. I called the housekeeping supervisor. He said he would talk to the maid who cleaned my room. He called...

This hotel is sub-par for Waikiki. The rooms are old, few updates. I had an old tube TV! This was in the Spring of 2016 so maybe the hotel has updated. Vacationer beware. Call them and ask about the rooms. Customer service was good, not excellent but the front desk was helpful.

We arrived to check in only to be told that our booking.com rate of $140 was $10 less than their 'standard rate' so we would have to pay more. We were also told that if we didn't provide a credit card for the $50 room key deposit they would deduct $350 from a debit card instead which they couldn't guarantee...
