Stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort back in August and November with some friends. The resort never fails to bring the Aloha Spirit. Always warm and welcoming. From the Valet staff, Bellman, Housekeeping and Front Desk you'll always be greeted with the word Aloha. The resort does live up to it's cleaning standards. When they say Outrigger's Clean Commitment, they really mean it. Everyone at this wonderful resort is committed to the health and safety of their guests and fellow colleagues. This resort is in the heart of Waikiki where shops and restaurants are right outside your door. And this resort has direct beach access which makes it even better, rather than having to walk so far from another hotel. The Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort brings local and world class hospitality. If you really want to enjoy the islands and experience real island culture, I suggest staying at this wonderful resort, where you will find the true spirit of hospitality.…
Wow! What a beautiful experience! Everything was perfect, the oceanfront room was the best we had ever stayed in! We had a jacuzzi in our room overlooking the beautiful ocean! All you see is crystal blue water from every corner of the room! The service was outstanding, from the valet staff, to bell service and front desk. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and by our names each time we walked by. We upgraded our room to include the VIP Voyager 47 Club lounge, which included breakfast/coffee every morning and appetizers/drinks at sunset. We were very impressed with the VIP club and the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Each time we went, we were served more a full meal than a snack. And last, the location is ideal, it’s located in the heart of Waikiki above the famous Dukes restaurant. Music daily at the Dukes restaurant and water activités, including surf and surf lessons, are right in front of the resort. I cannot say enough about how magical this place is! Waikiki definitely has the “Aloha Spirit” as they say and a piece of our hearts. We will come again soon, thank you!…
My wife and I stayed here in December 2020. The room was very comfortable and the hotel location is right on the beach. In fact, it's the best part of Waikiki beach, situated between the two oldest hotels on the island (Royal Hawaiian and Moana Surfrider). The staff members were consistently friendly and very helpful. We paid a little extra to get a room on the "club" floor and it was well worth it. The free breakfast that came with the room was far superior to ordinary hotel breakfasts, and the snacks from 4:30 PM-6:30 PM every evening were also excellent. If we ever return to Hawaii, this will definitely be our first choice of hotels.
My husband and I had a terrific stay at the Outrigger Beach Resort, and highly recommend the Outrigger to anyone visiting Oahu! We had an incredible experience with the staff. The hotel is very well-kept/clean and made us feel comfortable during COVID19.
As soon as I stepped foot in front of the hotel, I knew I was going to have an awesome stay. The hotel is beautiful and has a open feel with connections between the beach and the shops right around it. The location itself was a great reason to stay here since there was Dukes (an awesome restaurant created because of a local surfer who first popularized the sport) and a central location for shopping as well as other delicious restaurants. The hotel staff was super friendly and they were consistent in cleaning the bedrooms daily if you desired that. The views were also beautiful considering they were overlooking Waikiki beach (literally right outside) and Diamond head! Side note: there are also services allowing you to rent paddle boards, surfboards, and even go on a catamaran to see diamond Head from a different point of view. I enjoyed my stay as the beds were also super comfy. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend it to everyone that I know, cheers!…
