My friend and I stayed in the room that has 2 twin beds. Very comfortable. The bed and breakfast is outside of the city which is what I wanted. Phyllis and Don are great host and we really enjoyed our visit with them.

My wife and I just returned from an extended visit to Oahu to spend the holidays with our son and his family. We were very fortunate to discover Don and Phyllis Young's excellent establishment just a half mile from our son's townhouse. We experienced only positives during our stay: 1. Phyllis and Don are truly gracious, friendly and unobtrusive hosts.... More

We paid for 3 nights (cash in advance), but left after 1 night because trying to sleep in one's sweat is no fun. The queen bed took up almost the entire room, the heat was oppressive, and the small floor fan was not adequate. There are 2 other rooms that share a bath on the lower level, and I don't... More

A lovely relaxing tranquil hideaway, away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki Beach but perfect as a base for exploring Oahu. Welcoming hosts, beautiful views of Koko Head, an easy walk to Hawaii Kai marina - a perfect spot.

My family and I stayed for a long time at this bed and breakfast. Phyllis and Don were so kind with us and our 2 kids! It was a really amazing place to stay at. It was Aloha spirit! We had such a great view from our room: Koko head on a side and the lagoon on the other side.... More

Amazing! Totally Enjoyable! Phyllis and Don are gracious hosts. You will definitely feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Their self serve breakfast is excellent. Cozy and comfy! There's a fantastic view of Koko Head and the Lagoons that will mesmerize all. A little off the beaten path, tucked away in gorgeous Hawaii Kai but worth it. No need... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review in this busy season. Most people don't get around to writing reviews, but you did so without even being asked! We look forward to your return visit! More

Never actually stayed here, and after a brief discussion with the owner on the phone, I know I never will. Very rude! This is my family's third trip to Oahu. It is our favourite warm destination. I was checking into a place to stay during the last part of our most recent trip there. I contacted the owner and she... More

First and foremost, I apologize to this woman who was inquiring about staying with us. Perhaps because she is from Canada, she did not realize how important a holiday Thanksgiving Day is to Americans. As mother and grandmother, our family gathers at our home for all holidays. I do the majority of the cooking and am busy cooking not only... More

We stayed here for 3 days this month. Phyllis and Don were very good to us. The house is beautiful with a nice patio and pool and spacious rooms to stay in. It was clean and comfortable. All you need for just sleeping, showering, eating breakfast and going out to tour Oahu. If you like to hike, it's located 5... More

My husband & I loved staying at this bed and breakfast for the 3 days we were in Oahu. We did not want to stay in the city and we felt like we had great value here with the king room. We were 45 minutes away from the USS Arizona but close to many sights (Hanauma Bay, Makapuu Lighthouse, and... More

It was a pleasure having you stay with us. I still smile when I recall you sharing that you told your husband, "Everything that we read about Don and Phyllis is true" and he responded, "You mean that it's not just us...that they are nice to everyone." So very happy to read that our pool was the best. We are... More
