Fantastic stay over the Winter festival weekend. Modesto, the inn keeper was extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for a bottle of wine and when we returned from a day of touring the mansions, Modesto had a nice bottle of wine from a local vineyard chilled and waiting. The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed sipping coffee and eating delicious food...

Perfect location for my Excursion into times past . I was in town for the annual Victorian history mess dinner, and this inn fit right into my plans, perfect location for upper Newport. The Staff was very helpful , the room was spacious and gracious yet simple. Wonderful comfy bed to get lost in. Very nice period furniture and fixtures...

We've stayed here 3 years in a row and we love it! They have 3 different properties. We've stayed in 2 of the three. My favorite is the Inn right on Bellevue Ave. It has a charming front porch with rocking chairs where you can sit and have a cocktail or coffee and watch the traffic and people go by....

The Inns on Bellevue are located near downtown Newport and offer a variety of rooms. We prefer staying in the House where pets are allowed. Our room was small and somewhat dated but had a small outdoor seating area where we could drink our coffee. The rooms are very reasonably priced and include breakfast.

This "inn" is actually several different buildings; we stayed in 30 Bellevue but the reception desk and dining room is in 10 Bellevue. So the building we were in had no common facilities. Our room had a king-size poster bed with a sitting area. Overall, it was large and comfortable if a bit dated. My sense is that the rooms...

Located on a lovely block across the street from the larger Hotel Viking, the Inn is positioned ideally at a hinge point between the colonial-era downtown and waterfront and the 19th-century estates district. Three of us stayed at the Inn for the weekend, in a suite in an annex building down the block from the main building. The hotel is...

Have stayed in a variety of Newport Hotels. We visit about 3 times a year. Thought we would try this one. It was less expensive and definitely no frills. Room was tiny and poorly lit, but very clean. Staff was friendly. Linens were fresh. However....there was a room rattling vibration, with a mind numbing sound that started at 7am (on...

For the Newport prices, this was the best we could do at this time, and it was pretty good. The room/decor was charming, if small, but unsurprisingly for an Inn. The (non-continental) breakfast was OK, but Newport is teeming with amazing restaurants, so we skipped it on day 2 and went to Megs' aussie Milk Bar instead. Really good. Also,...
